We were surprised to receive exceptional hospitality and an improved menu! There were actually many items for us vegetarians to choose from! The staff was polite, attentive, and quick to serve, too. We ordered a fried lasagna starter and built our own pasta. Linguine with creamy mushroom sauce and broccoli! It was absolutely delicious and left me craving for more! The portion size was just right (we might have overeaten ). We had no place for dessert, but the chocolate lasagna looked to die for!

Order online and it took a while to get a spot to park in the curbside spots. Hey it wasn’t a big deal and I expected that because it was Valentine’s Day. I really always enjoyed the food but a deal breaker for me at any establishment is unsanitary. I order the fettuccine chicken Alfredo with the chicken gnocchi creamy soup which is the best part for me. The deal breaker was the hair in the soup which made me cut ties with this particular Olive Garden. It’s not asking too much to wear a proper hairnet while dealing with the public’s food. I couldn’t enjoy any of the meal after that. Money wasted but a customer lost.

This was one of my worst dining experiences I ever had and will never return to this location. Our drinks and appetizer came out quickly and that was the extent of the good service. The server was either very new or did not care at all, and the restaurant was not busy at all. When we ordered, one of us had asked how big the lighter portion fettuccine was, the server said I have no idea and made no effort to find out. So we just ordered the regular fettuccine. It took at least 20 min after we received our appetizer and had ordered to get the bread sticks that are so praised. Once our order did come out two of three orders came out wrong, whether that be fault of the server or kitchen I don’t know. One of us sent the food back for the right order and the other order we settled for. The one we settled for we should’ve sent back because some of the pasta tasted old. We realized after we got our food that we didn’t get our salads, that should’ve come out with the breadsticks or at least before the entrees. Took a very long time to get refills on our drinks throughout the night and to get a to go box when we left.
I don’t write reviews on restaurants or on anything, that’s how bad the service and experience was at this Olive Garden. I know people have bad nights but this seemed a lot more like not caring than a bad night.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and seated quickly (we arrived around 12–1pm). Our waiter, MARIO, was phenomenal! The kids were already telling me, “Mom, give him a 5-star review—he gave us options!” He was super informative with the menu, which helped since I was a little indecisive before eating.
There was one small hiccup, but it was corrected immediately. We shared laughs, enjoyed hot and delicious food, and left full and happy.

We visit here from out of town and we were impressed with the service we received.
We were wanting Chicken Marsala, which has been taken off the menu. We spoke to a manager, Tomika(forgive me if name is spelled incorrectly) and she told us if we came back before leaving town she would fix the dish for us. We dish and she done an excellent job. It was better than we remembered.
Everybody was so nice but she went over the top to wait on us.

We really like the Olive Garden Italian Restaurant in Meridian Mississippi. We found the decor pleasant, much like an Italian home might be. The interior is spacious and clean, with room between the tables. All of the food that we had was delicious and served hot. The service here is also excellent, friendly and very attentive. This was a very nice dining experience.

The food was mediocre. The fried ravioli were cold in the middle, the salad was overdressed. The breads ticks are consistently good.
Glad to get out of the car after a ling drive. Thank goodness for the server. She made our night.

Emma was an outstanding server who truly enhanced our dining experience. Her positive energy and friendly demeanor made it a pleasure to be in her care. She was incredibly attentive, ensuring every detail was perfect and that we had an exceptional time. Emma took the time to thoughtfully explain her personal favorites and offered great suggestions to complement the meal we chose. Her service went above and beyond, making our experience unforgettable. Her jokes and all out personality was amazing. The pasta was fairly standard, with the highlight being the breadsticks. Olive Garden you need to protect Emma at all costs because she is an absolute treasure to your company.

The food was good. ( Just like you would expect from any olive garden.) But the service was extraordinary! We were tired and traveling home on a road trip. I wish that I had gotten our server’s name. She was a younger Caucasian girl with long brown hair in a ponytail. She was so friendly, have is her recommendations, checked on us constantly, food was prompt. She made the “normal” experience at an olive garden, an amazing one!
