Rude and incompetent workers. Messed up my order and would not make it right even though it was obviously messed up.. this is a picture of it and they said that’s how it’s supposed to look! Also with this order they put steak instead of veggie in my burrito and told me it’s too bad, they’re not going to remake any of it.
The girl was digging in her nose and talking about spiders to coworkers instead of helping customers.

This is the least crushed taco from our party pack. It’s about as thick as a free pamphlet too. I’d post picks of the other items, but some we didn’t receive and some items are just pretty much crumbs.

Placed a mobile drive-thru order here and had a terrible experience with the manager, Kayla. The wait was really long (which I was fine with), but they told me to park—then admitted it was just to boost their drive-thru times. Nobody told me how long the wait would be, and I had to ask multiple times for an update. When I finally asked again, Kayla was rude and told me I could “just take what was ready,” without giving any timeframe. She also refused to provide the General Manager’s name when I asked. To top it off, it seemed like they retaliated by giving noticeably smaller portions than usual. Completely unprofessional and disappointing experience.

Definitely a 5 Taco Bell. My food WAS NOT slopped together or mauled into a take home container shaped like a cute animal! Yay! We were exhausted after 2 days at Shopapalooza 2025 – woo woo -and it was exactly what we needed.

5 years ago this was 5 stars. Had to change as of recent service has been enough for me to not return. The phone is ALWAYS busy and they can’t get an order right to save a life. What a racket taco bell has. Upcharge for supreme then receive regular EVERY.TIME. or an almost $5 taco for it to have less than a spoon worth of meat?! to me, that’s theft. Fix it.

Terrible service ruined my experience. The lady on the speaker kept rushing me to wrap up my order after only ordering three times. I repeated that I had an online code 4 times but she just continued reading off how much I owed and all of my items. When I pulled around she had this smile on her face and was laughing about something. The food was fine enough but they didn’t grill my burrito and gave me the wrong drink. Probably will go to the location a little further away

I see 5 stars from people going on the drive through, but people, YOU NEED TO SEE THIS “FELTHY” place from inside, I was so disgusted I had to take pictures, the thing is, I’m so glad I went to pick up for Uber Eats, and not to eat there myself, I would NEVER eat there myself, plus, everyone was rude, except from the girl on the drive through that explains why she is the only one there, and the cherry on the top? It took over 22 minutes to pick up, if it wasn’t an order over 20bucks, I’d canceled and left, and the place stinks too, there, I said it, and here are my pics!
