Didn’t get my order right. Mexican pizza was missing guacamole, potato taco had cheese, missing hot sauces. Still waiting for my refund.

Usually I don’t write reviews but this was bad enough to merit some words; TLDR: mediocre food and bad attitudes, you’d be better served elsewhere.
My review: Ordered to-go from the app, and when I arrived I was told the lobby was closed and I needed to go through the DriveThru even though my order was literally bagged and ready to go to 3 feet away. Politely asking if I still need to go through the drive through even if it was a pick-up order was apparently the wrong option, and she just rudely told me that the drive thru was the only option. Okay, that’s fine, I can understand that, you don’t want people walking on a wet floor with no wet floor signs out and you don’t want to walk the 3 feet. So I go through the drivethru and unsurprisingly, it’s the same lady with the bad attitude who was seemingly the only one working, and she told me “you were supposed to stop at the speaker”, okay look, you’re literally the only one here, and you know why I’m here. Why do I need to stop and tell you a third time it’s a pick-up order when it’s literally the only order in the store at the moment? So she asks for a name and I give it, and surprise surprise, it’s the only order in the store. Who would’ve guessed. So she mean-mugs me while filling the drink cup and shoves the bag and drink out the window without saying anything else, just scowling the whole time. I get it, you can’t be bothered to give the slightest hint of customer service, and you can’t be bothered to make life easier for the both of us. Why are you working in an industry that’s literally governed by the service you give if your attitude can’t be managed by yourself? Anyways, politeness gets you nowhere at this location, only sassed at. Don’t bother with this location if you want competence or ease of pickup, you won’t get it here.

Wow, what a crazy experience I just had. I own a crane service and I was about to order a couple hundred dollars worth of food for my crew and the kiosk wouldn’t allow me to do what I wanted to do so I asked the black lady behind the counter if she would help me out and she totally denied me told me to use the kiosk and was very rude. Then stated that she tried to help me , which did not. She referred me to the kiosk again. I truly believe because I’m White, she wanted to treat me differently. Taco Bell you’re losing a lot of money from this location. That’s a fact. You’re probably losing tons just by the kiosk set up alone.

This location deserves zero stars. I get its fast food so keep the bar relatively low, but I’ve been treated so poorly more than once at this location. This time around the food was so stale and dry and the beef was missing in my burrito. It was like they had to almost go out of their way to make sure my meal was as horrible as it was. I couldn’t even eat it. I had to throw it all away. Very disappointing.

Save yourself the aggravation and find another location. If you order pick up they will ignore you, even when you try to be polite. They made it very clear that customer service is not part of their job, and the nasty attitude from everyone speaks very loudly. You can hear them complaining about every single customer in the drive thru line it was beyond disgusting and overall sad.

Update Jan 2025:
The interior and exterior have definitely gone through an update. Its no longer that old, drab early 00’s Taco Bell feel inside but updated to match their current branding which feels much more bright and clean inside. The staff I notice also seem more upbeat, smiling more now than I noticed before. Usually that speaks to better leadership and management so I hope thats the case! Whatever yall are doing, keep it up!

They always get my order right and the food comes out so fast! Other fast food in the area seems to mess up my orders regularly so this is nice when I come to taco bell.

The location could use some updating from corporate though! This has nothing to do with this location but I do think that updating the inside and then the outside area could use some new paint!

The employee who was taking our order, was talking bad about all the customers when she was unaware we were able to hear her. She had the worst attitude and complained about having to work. Delaney L was the person who took the order and there were two cars behind us that had to leave because of the person who was taking the orders attitude. Managers or those above should look into the service their employees give because we did not say anything since we just wanted to leave but there were people who did vocalize their frustrations. With employees with this service, there will definitely be escalated situations in the future. Although this is only a fast food chain, respect should be given regardless in a service industry especially when paying customers can hear you say you won’t be taking orders before closing times because you don’t feel like working.

Look, it’s a taco bell, food is what it is… But they are switching to a no customer service interaction model, fine, but these systems are not finalized and still difficult for some to navigate.

So I had trouble placing my order with the touch screen kiosk, and when I asked for help the lady said she couldn’t place my order manually, and that I would have to figure it out myself.

Pictures should speak for itself. The lettuce you see came from my fridge, that I had to cut up and add myself. The workers always look so angry to be working there, that is if you actually see them, they’re all usually hiding in the kitchen gossiping, you have to lean over the counter and announce your presence if you want to be served. At that point one person will slowly come out pissed they actually have to do their job. Bad attitudes and bad food prep. This is my last time coming to this location it’s just terrible, the food shouldn’t look like it was made by and for a toddler.
