Went through the drive thru asked for a large fry no salt. Paid and went to the last window and was immediately asked to go park there was no one behind me so I didn’t park. Receive the fries and asked for ketchup automatically replied it’s in the bag! Fries were terrible and only one ketchup was in the bag. They also use this paper fry bag which is completely less fries compared to other location that use the actual red fries container. This location need to do better. They never changes their oil unless it’s the beginning of the month and they are expecting a secret shopper.

This McDonalds takes EBT now, which is great, the service is usually fast, and rarely do they get the order wrong, Iland in my case I order for 6 plus and I have no issues. Has an indoor play place for the kids that they enjoy. Not bad overall.

I swear man…I think they have a device that blocks the McDonald’s app from working. The app works perfect all the way up into the drive thru..but as soon as u get to the actual window to use it. The app suddenly doesn’t work. Then the rare times it does work, their system is down or not taking it. Smh never fails

I presented my coupon to the manager for spend a $1 get a large fry free.
He didn’t tell me that the fry was $1.50 he paid the difference and that’s not what I wanted. I got a small fry for $1 and I wanted an item for $1 and get a large fry.
I brought back more money in Pennie’s and he said he didn’t want to count it. I told him it’s money and I want the deal you said I could have, not a hand out from you and get less food at the end.

So i went tonight around 8:00 pm 9/24/2024 to the drive thru and i was clearly telling the guy in the first window my order and he seemed not to be hearing my order when i was talking to him loud enough, he was asking me what did want like 3 times when it started to bother me and i looked at him closely and he seemed like he was very high on the job. So i went to the second window to pay and after that i expected them to say, ” we’ll get your right now but instead they said to park in one of the 4 parking spots in front. They gave my order pretty quick and i said thank you and drove home to check my order when i realized that they got my order wrong and i also ordered 5 drinks and unfortunately they didn’t give me not even 1 straw. Also the chicken nuggets tasted and felt stale, overall the experience was very poor and unprofessional.

We just made a quick stop on the way to an appointment, we were running early and decided to eat in as opposed to using the drive through.
Well, that wasn’t going to happen. They had the seating area completely closed off, apparently due to Covid restrictions that have been lifted. So we ordered and walked our food back to eat in the car in the parking lot.

I went to McDonald’s today for some Filet O Fish and a Medium order of fries, and this is the size of fries they gave me that looks like a small order. They should be ashamed of themselves for selling something that small for that price. It’s the one on Century and Rosecrans.
