I was ghosted. Pulled up to the drive thru, I got the greeting, but no one took my order. I pulled into the lot to go in for my order. Doors locked (10:30 a.m.) A lady did the “pretend I don’t see you” thing. This was a good Taco Bell. She could have at least explained why they are closed or acknowledged me.

I’m honestly shocked by my recent experience at Taco Bell. I ordered a taco with only meat and no vegetables—but what did I get? A taco with lettuce and only cheese. This is beyond frustrating. How does that even happen when I specifically asked for no veggies? It doesn’t make any sense!
I really think Taco Bell’s training processes need to be reevaluated because this kind of mistake is unacceptable. We all know that AI is on the rise, and it’s moments like these that make me question how long human workers will be needed when simple tasks can’t even be executed properly. Corporate needs to step in and make sure employees are better trained, because this is just careless.
Not to mention they had only two sauce options smh, do better.

At 8:00pm to 8:30pm on 12/3/25 , I was waiting for 30 mins for a single steak quesadilla it took 30 mins. I’m extremely upset as well as my doordash customer. There were 4 employess walking around bullshitting around. A dasher cancelled his order and a family walked out. There wasn’t anyone in the drive through either! This location is definitely losing money for sure! Those emplyees are incompetent.

I love Taco Bell. I moved to this area 8 months ago. I have tried this Taco Bell multiple times, hoping it’d be good. It’s not. I don’t know what is wrong, but everything tastes off or is made incorrectly. Don’t give this place a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th chance like I have. Just go to another location.

Kiosk ordering only. Food is slow and was delivered by a not so friendly person that put it together. Biggest complaint, where’s my drink cup? Crunch wrap supreme was not so supreme, less than a half inch thick. Not at all like the thick photo. It was a bit thin.

So upset my friend ordered something from Taco Bell through the app and I told her since I’m ordering through drive thru let’s ask if you can just get the food so that way she doesn’t have to go inside so we asked this two nice girls that helped me and I asked them if I can get it through. Here she ask for the name and she gave me the food I didn’t know Taco Bell’s policy and I didn’t see there was a problem she gave me very great amazing customer service and than she walks away and her manager yelled at her don’t do that loud I heard it and got upset why she has to yell at her like that in front of customers instead of talking to her and fixing her mistake in a nice manner she helped me and I think she did above and beyond I feel like Taco Bell’s needs to talk to this manager about her attitude towards employee .

Should’ve known when the drive through didn’t move for 15 minutes I should’ve just left. I go inside and you have the kids that prepare the food don’t care enough about serving the public to make sure that it’s done correctly. The manager was taking the orders can’t hear. It’s a terrible situation on nights to go eat at I’ll never go there again and will tell everyone to avoid it like the plague.
