I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. From the moment I entered, Gabriela, the girl at the front cashier , was incredibly rude. When she took my order, she didn’t even bother to ask me about the size or sides I wanted. Instead, she stared at me as if I was trash-talking her. I’m never planning on returning to this place, and I don’t recommend it to anyone.

Visited 12/03/23 Corina was awesome. This was my 1st time & she had a lot of patience with me. I ordered two of the Egg platters w/bacon. It’s cheaper without the drink. Everything was perfect except the eggs. They tasted out of a box instead of freshly cracked. Customer service excellent, very clean, didn’t take Long to make the orders. I would definitely go back if i’m ever in the area.

This is a very good restaurant. I can not speak to the quality of others in this chain, however this location is really good.
When it comes to the food, obviously the main point is the fried chicken which is exceptional. Very crunchy and tasty. Roast beef sandwich was pretty good. Fries are decent, could use salt. Mashed potatoes are fine as well, but the gravy here is really good. I bet if you combined the chicken with the gravy it would be insane.
The service here is really really good, people working here are very nice and pleasant.
4 stars for atmosphere because it was just a normal fast food restaurant interior, but it was pretty clean and the salad bar is questionable whether it’s hygienic nowadays.

I came in excited to have a nice dinner with my family, but the experience was very disappointing. When we approached the counter to order, the cashier, Gabriela, was extremely rude. She didn’t greet us, didn’t say “hello” or ask what we would like—she just stared at us with an attitude and an unfriendly expression.
This is not acceptable customer service, and it really ruined our visit. I’m honestly not planning on returning after this experience.

LOVE LOVE LÒVEEE THIS LOCATION EVERYTIME I COME HERE MY FOOD IS ALWAYS MADE HOT, FRESH, FLAVORFUL,AND CRISPY. THIS LOCATION HAS NEVER CEASED TO AMAZE ME. I have traveled hours away just to eat at this specific Roy Rogers location due to their consistency on hot and fresh food paired with super friendly service. As a matter of fact I made a last minute decision to drive 2.5 hours just to eat there today. I also noticed that they do a great job with sanitizing their establishment as well 🙂 KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!

This place is always perfect! Great biscuits, mashed potatoes and gravy, chicken and my favorite ROAST BEEF sandwich!! They front staff are always so nice and helpful (really, I’m not lieing!) I live in Fauquier County and if I’m near Roy’s I have to stop by. Which is not nearly enough for me! We need a Roy’s in Stafford. Always clean and tvs on!

I was expecting something along the lines of McDonalds but this burger was so much better than expected.
I dined in and didn’t even notice the fixings car until I sat down and noticed I didn’t have any fixings on my burger. The fries were the only thing I wasn’t a fan of because they were not crispy at all.
There are multiple sauces to choose from as well. The boom boom was really good.
Overall I really enjoyed Roy Rogers.
