Pulled up to drive thru today 3/4/26 around 6:45 pm. Drive thru service was impressive. Massive line moved pretty fast. Customer service was great. Kids inside hustled and did team work. It was great to see. My food was made perfectly. Gotta give these kids a shout out!

I’m not sure if this is the correct Taco Bell restaurant number 036309, the girl that took my order was amazing but while I was waiting for my food I watched them drop someone’s food on the ground and so did the guy that ordered it, they picked it up and re wrapped it and tried to hand it to him and he stopped them and said I seen you drop my order on the floor and rewrap it and the worker said I replaced the order ( no he didn’t) but after the guy got real serious they finally made it again. I was completely disgusted by this so when they started to make my meal, I of course watched what they were doing, but the gentleman didn’t order much. He was an older guy, but to watch your food hit the floor it changes my outlook on this restaurant. Shame on yall for doing a paying customer like that. Do better

We ordered 7 items for delivery through the app. We got ONE (1) of the 7. There was 2 other random items that we didn’t order in the bag. All of it was ice cold, too. We called the location and we were told to drive to the store and they’d remake the order. When we got there, the woman up front was adamant that we DID receive at least SOME of the order, because she was SURE she had made it. I’m not sure where it went then and I’m not sure what you actually made because we didn’t get it lmfao. My husband was told she COULD remake the food but it would be awhile, and then she gestured at the drive through line like it was OUR fault. Girly come on. He walked out and I guess we’ll just have to get our money back through customer service online since the restaurant wasn’t any help. They kept the extra food btw lmfao

We’re regular customers who eat here almost every other day, but this location has messed up our order too many times. Even when we clearly ask to swap beef for beans, it’s never done right. This is really disappointing, and we won’t be coming back — they’re losing loyal customers.

Don’t you dare walk in to order. Even though you order on the touch screen they’ll ignore your order until all the drive through and mobile orders are finished. Waited 20 minutes for a basic combo while I watched 10+ cars order and go through the line quickly. They even made food for the person who ordered in store after me before they made my family’s food. Extremely slow service! They didn’t even get the order right. Not coming back here, no wonder they have 3.7 stars.
