I ordered takeout from El Charro but they have indoor and outdoor seating. My order only took about ten minutes. My burrito came with beans, rice, chips and salsa. It was delicious! The folks working there were friendly too. I plan to patronize this restaurant again.

This place was amazing. I would highly recommend. The servers are very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and had lots of cool art work. Food was great and at a amazing price. I would recommend the burritos, nachos, and the beans and rice. I loved this place and I would go back again.

Well, we didn’t get to eat here so I can’t review the food. We walked in on a Saturday around 12:45 pm. No one was at the hostess stand, which stated “Please wait to be seated”. One girl walked by into the kitchen, didn’t say a word. Stood there another minute, while there was a girl at the check out stand, facing the door and us. When the people checking out were finished, she looked at us, didn’t say a word and stood there until the next people walked up to pay. I told my husband that they had one more chance or we were leaving. Then another girl comes up to the hostess stand, does not say one word, sour face, grabs something then immediately walks off. That was it, we turned around and walked out.
All someone had to say was hello and that they’d be with us soon. But not one word. Not one smile. Not acknowledged at all. I’m not exactly sure how long we stood there, but at least 4-5 minutes if I had to guess. Customer service should be your top priority. We felt like our business was not wanted, like we were an annoyance by being there. Sorry, but giving it another chance will not happen.

Greeted at the host stand by a nice young lady who immediately took us to our table. Unfortunately it was downhill after that. Our waitress was so rude. When I asked if they had aguas frescas, something commonly served as a beverage at Mexican restaurants, she quickly responded in a snappy tone “No!” Didn’t suggest something else, almost seemed annoyed that I even asked.

We went on a long hike earlier in the day and had worked up quite the appetite for Mexican food. Unfortunately our dinners were barely edible and we left disappointed and unsatisfied. The steaks we ordered may have been boiled for want of flavor, and when we asked that they be cooked medium rare the server looked at us puzzled. The steaks were well-done at best, and even salt and pepper I nabbed from an abandoned table benefitted the flavor little. The chicken in the enchilada was very dry, the vegetables were boiled and unseasoned. The chips were broken into such tiny pieces that we celebrated when we found a whole chip hidden under the rubble. I asked the server for more water twice and was left, quite literally, high and dry. The ambience was lacking – off-and-on quiet music and abysmal lighting. Also they were blasting the AC on an October evening? We are baffled by the positive reviews and encourage management to rethink their commitment to quality food. If nothing else, at least the severs were pleasant.

The food was good. Had good flavor. Too many onions for me but everyone seemed to enjoy it. The chips were good. Salsa was very tomato tasting. Overall it was a good dinner.

Nice people, very quick! Waitress was super good. Got the salsa, queso, pickled jalapenos and their home made tomatilla sauce with chips. You have to ask for it home made sauce. Very good! Ordered the nachos Texas and my daughter had the grande burrito. Super good place to eat. Highly recommend…

I ordered beef fajita quesadillas and got a large hamburger taco. I explained that beef fajitas consist of beef skirt steak. They said I should have ordered steak fajitas?? They’re not fajitas without skirt steak!!
