Taco Bell Taco Bell please encourage your employees (ALL OF THEM) that they should all give equal sauce packets. I only got 2 and I have 3 burritos. The food is always good and the staff is always nice but the sauce isn’t coming out of anyone’s pay check be reasonable.

Update; another 10 minute wait and now a long brown hair in my food. Manager only offered a refund or to remake the food. Needs retraining on customer service because I wouldn’t have even updated this review if she ACTUALLY APOLOGIZED. But people should know. Do not come here.
Need to retrain your employees. 10 min wait for fast food is ridiculous.

If you don’t order at the kiosk the members will ignore you until you leave because they don’t want to deal with you, it’s really frustrating when you want to pay with cash. Just now I was waiting and people were clocking in and out on the pos and ignoring me. Taco Bell is my favorite place to eat, it’s a bummer this one treats people like this

Food took over an hour for them to make, restaurant spilled food in bag then taped it. The food was also cold, the chalupa had the wrong wrap (which is the entire thing that makes it an chalupa), and they forgot drink that was part of order. Every time we get food from this location it has had something wrong and tasted old. We like Taco Bell, but this location is horrendous.

Taco Bell never disappoints!! The order was correct and the food delicious. My soft tacos and Mexican Pizza were not only yummy but above average portioning. And my Baja last was the cherry on top. My only complaint would be that the young man at the window could have used his words or perhaps spoken louder? Unsure. All in all, great experience!

Do not EVER go inside to order! I stood at the counter for just about 5 minutes before anyone came up to take my order. Then it actually took 14 minutes to get my food, two, 5 layer burritos and 2 double stack tacos. After I ordered more people came in and waited for anyone to take their order. Employees would walk right by them and not even look at them! Sad. The only reason I gave 2 stars was that the food was OK.

This was quite a pleasant experience for me, the place was very clean including the bathroom, customer service was prestine and the cashier’s were awesome. Shiela particularly went above and beyond to assist me in not only meeting by budget but also suggesting great selections to fit my plant based lifestyle, major kudos to Shiela, she deserves a raise for displaying such an elevated level of ardency by solving my concerns as if it was her own ww need more of her working everywhere . Parking was very convenient and spacious, the food was very filling and I was greeted with a smile every single time I walked in for a refill of the mango tea . I loved everything from the cleanliness to the food to the warmth of everyone’s smile, it makes the food go down easier !!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I had a mobile order for a grilled cheese steak burrito. I got a burrito full of sour cream and Chipotle sauce. I had a total of 4 small pieces of steak. I called the store and respectfully told them my concern. The manager was so rude and told me he wasn’t going to do anything to resolve the issue and proceeded to hang up on me. I get its taco bell and fast food but thats my money wasted and with all the other reviews of his attitude and refusal to help people, I would enjoy to see his manager position taken away.

Dear, Taco Bell at Bloomingdale rd, my daughter and I went to Taco Bell to get that all [so amazing nacho fries] I do not recommend coming here. Let me tell you why, this is what my daughter says:
I hate it here!! I am traumatized, I do not want to eat out anymore. My tummy hurts. it taste like I bit into a potato.
Mom- all teenagers working here. Pull up to the drive through they are blasting rap music LOUD and smoking. Nice of them to turn it down after they realized I was ordering. Kids standing out back not in uniform smoking something. We ordered nacho fries , they had no seasoning on them. Girl who took our order yelled at her coworker “why aren’t you wearing gloves” big red flag. We are waiting for the food and she screams cause a boy is playing games while she’s making someone’s taco. I’d be worried about the sanitary conditions of this place and obviously not coming back.
