Worse Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Every other Taco Bell that I have gone to I order the same dragon fruit refresca and they make it correctly. I have gone here multiple times and even had to come back around through the drive through to request for my refresca to made correctly. Once again it’s happened. It’s frustrating because this is the closest Taco Bell to where I live. I just don’t understand why it’s so difficult to make a simple drink correctly. It’s missing the dragon fruit/strawberry pieces and the color is way off. It basically tastes like sweetened water. I’m just curious if this Taco Bell did not get proper training on how to properly make a refresca or do the employees just don’t care.

Shout out to Shorty! She provides the kind of service you just don’t see in fast food often. She’s friendly, fast, and makes sure you actually get everything you ordered. Her dirty Bajas are on point, too. I’ll be passing other Taco Bells just to come see her at this location from now on!

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The WORST customer service I’ve ever seen or dealt with. Always acting like ordering anything is a problem!! Never get my order correct (not shocking because they are always rushing you to finish). Everyone has bad days, I work in customer service too but having one car in line and acting like you’re so bothered is unacceptable. Whoever runs this place needs to do an employee evaluation STAT!! Get new staff asap

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping me, the three employees were just gossiping. When I asked one of employees if she could help me, she said I could use the machine. I told her that I had cash, she just rolled her eyes and kept working. I waited like 10 more minutes and then left.

I have 3 Taco Bell’s near me but I rather drive to this location, I like the bowls, they make it fresh. Service is always great. The team here always get along with one another! They look like they have fun while working!! Shorty is the best!!

Got food poisoning I ordered the Steak crunchy cheese burrito. It was 7 and change ALONE. It came out extremely quick and that should have been a red flag from the start. It was VERY delicious. I ate it around 9:30, by 4am I was vomiting none stop, sweating, nauseous with a painful knot in the top of my intestines. Pepto Bismol is the only thing that helped. But I will NEVER eat from there again. NEVER EVER

This is the greatest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to in my entire life. And there’s one reason for it above all other reasons, And that’s the kick butt manager y’all got that goes by Shorty, who seems to know every person that pulls through their drive-through and is always taco Rockin. It doesn’t matter what kind of day I’m having her positive energy always radiates through all of the Negativity. She’s the reason I enjoy going to Taco Bell five days a week, Well, her and the cheesy double beef burritos!

My husband bought me a box last night. He specifically stated no sour cream. When he gets home there’s sour cream on my chalupa and five layer burrito. Now, whoever took the order knew I said no sour cream as I was on the phone with my husband when he ordered. How do I know?! When I asked for a strawberry lemonade, he said they didn’t have it. I tried calling once husband got home, but no one answered the phone.
