Ordered through the drive-thru and was asked to pull into the parking lot, where about 7 other cars were also waiting. Service ended up being faster than I expected, which was nice. Staff was friendly enough. Most of the food was served hot to warm, but the curly fries were cold. I also didn’t receive all of the extra ranch I paid for. Overall, decent experience but could be improved, especially with making sure fries are fresh and extras are included.

Not only did I have to pull forward for a small meal, but I was given zero sauces and zero napkins. The food is extra extra greasy this time too. I have tacos and egg rolls with no sauce at all, wouldn’t recommend going back and probably never will lmao.

Employees lack the simplest competencies that even McDonald’s can maintain. Ranch is treated like The Prohibition era. The last three times I have came here my condiments and/or straws were forgotten or our food was either undercooked or over sauced. Just one time I would love for this place to surprise me by completing their end of our transaction. (providing what I paid for)

After placing my order and paying i was given my drink and sat at the window for a while. They didn’t tell me to pull around front so I just sat there. The girl came back and gave me another total. I was confused by that so I said i already paid you. She was asking what items I got i told her I only got my drink. She then asked me to pull around to the front. Before I did i asked for taco sauce and ranch. She said it’ll be in the bag. After almost 20 min from when I placed the order a girl comes out with the food. I asked her if there was sauce in the bag she said “I don’t even know” and started walking away. I asked her for taco sauce and ranch after getting her attention since it wasn’t in the bag. She came back with just taco sauce I asked her for ranch to which she tells me I only said taco sauce, but I actually did ask for ranch also. She might have heard me the first time if she wasn’t walking away while I was asking for things. She came back with a couple of ranches. Very disorganized place with lots of attitude. I paid good money for food that was barely warm and to be given attitude over things I had asked for a few times.

The service at this one is awful. Was given fries that was black. First lady tells us that they probably didn’t change the grease out last night. The next lady with the replacement fries. She says oh that’s just seasoning. It’s not pepper. What is it? It’s burnt on old who knows from old grease. They didn’t try to make the problem right. We just threw the fries away. They also got people’s orders wrong. They didn’t even give us all our food. Also workers off duty shouldn’t be allowed to just walk around in the back from off the street like it’s there home. It was no point in fighting over it. We will never visit this one ever again. I’m sure they will not care.
2023 review update. I gave this place another chance. So far they can never get my order right at all. It’s a sign I just need to not go back at all. I’m not driving all the way across town for them to fix my order again. To make it worse they was not busy at all.

This is the second time jack in the box played with my food first it was the one in Madison now the one in granite city know body wants to be served cold or warm fries it does no good to ask to speak with a manager they don’t care about the customers they just want the money never again they need to be held accountable for bad service this is how they threw my burger together

Ordered monster tacos and they were falling apart and they were not fresh. The manager at this location is a evil troll who likes to throw in your face that she can do as she pleases with her resturant. I can believe they allow her to continue to work and harass people here because the food wasn’t fresh. Look at the picture for proof.
So disgusting. I wouldn’t eat here if it were the last place on earth especially if it means being greeted with hate and animosity.
