Tried the new crispy chicken soft taco with the franks red hot sauce, it was better than expected, will be ordering it again! I thought the music was a little too loud and there were no paper towels in the bathroom to dry my hands. I was extremely impressed with the customer service. The young lady was very patient with me helping to redeem my reward on the kiosk.

Went at 4:45 pm food tasted as though it was left over from lunch. Everything was hard, hard to chew and lukewarm. Chalupa cold hard dry, empanada dry empty so displeased oh ya Pepsi no syrup.

Orders always made wrong and often missing items. Got yelled at for pulling up to the window after placing my order she said “I told you to stay at the speaker”. Always extremely slow if there is a line.

The so-called “clerk” had a very nasty attitude and a gross personality. I honestly threw the food and drink away.
McDonald’s on the other side had MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE THAN HERE.

Yes I ate them because I were craving them and money was spent , these fries were stale and very dry they have been sitting and are stiff I can’t believe a employee would have the audacity to even serve these fries to somebody.

Food is very good. A couple of times I ordered a taco without cheese, only to find cheese in it after I started eating it (likely co-contamination) and it was cheerfully replaced with apologies. Staff is always pleasant. And the day manager is on top of things. The place is spotless.

I should’ve listened to my intuition and not gone to Taco Bell. I ordered 1 crunch wrap… It was beef and beans on one side and cheese lettuce and tomato on the other. Might as well assemble it myself and just order everything ‘on the side’.Havent been in ages but nope, never again, that’s it for real this time.

This Taco bell has friendly staff but the drive thru line always takes a long time whenever I visit. I even see cars in front of me pulling away and leaving due to the very long wait times in the drive thru.

Ordered the cheesy double beef burrito, and chicken enchilada burrito. Double meat on both. Also both grilled, they were so delicious and so much meat. Also staff was super friendly and drive thru line went really quick. Definitely 5 stars!

This store really turned around! The food has always been good. The service has done a 180. In the past, the window service has been intimidating. The new guy at the drive through window is so nice and accommodating. He always greets my wife and I with a big smile and we always feel welcomed. You can tell he really loves his customers. The food is delicious and fresh and the lobby is always clean. Definitly the best Taco Bell in West Palm Beach.
