This is INSANE. If there was a MINUS 10 STARTS I would’ve select it! I just purchased not 1, but 2 crunchwrap Supreme and this is what I receive, PURE GREENS ZERO MEAT! Not even black beens AT LEAST! Also, I order some cinnamon twists and they throw them inside the bag . This is the most disgusting TACO BELL there is! NEVER AGAIN! $20.50 RETURN THEM!

I have never experienced such awful customer service. I arrived at 1 am in the drive thru (this location was opened and had a sign on the window saying they close at 3 am) Upon arrival, there was a “wet floor” sign blocking the speaker to order. Myself and another car drove around to the window. When I got to the drive thru window there was a girl who claimed to work there but be off the clock. After 10 minutes of sitting at the window and making eye contact with employees, I was finally spoken to by the girl who was not clocked in where she told me “I’m off the clock the girl will be back” As I waited for said employee to take my order I witnessed the female who was off the clock, make herself a slushy while serving her friends who were sitting in the dining area. After about 15 minutes pass another young lady walked up to the window and told me to continue waiting. At that point I had enough and drove around to leave. On my way out I saw a gentleman standing on the outside of the door and another standing on the inside while a third female and a third male were running around the dining area messing around. I have video and photo proof of the incident but per the respect of the employees I will not be posting here.

open till 3am unless they dont want to. we pulled up and there was wet floor signs blocking the talk box so we went around to the window behind another car who was doung a door dash. the woman working the window leaned out and yelled “god damn” as if its a surprise that people go to taco bell during their “open hours”. ridiculous. she put on a big show about how someone was supposed to move the signs and she was sending someone out right then. i ended up moving them myself. there was people inside who did not work there just hanging out and eating and having a good time. this was around 1am so they still had to be there two extra hours anyway so why not just do your job and make the time pass faster

This is the best Taco Bell in the world! I am bipolar and can be a “Karen” at times because how I love to talk to everyone and talk to the managers about their great service. You would think this would be about bad service but the manager at the establishment has taken his time because this happened years ago I don’t remember Manager’s name he was so kind. He was in the kitchen and I told them they need to put wet floor signs out so no one trips we just started talking he appreciated the tip.

I recently moved to the area and started to use this Taco Bell. I’ve noticed the last 2 times I ate at this location I get sick to my stomach and on top of that my order was wrong. I asked for a veggie mexican pizza and got regular. 2nd time they’ve done that by the way. I am never eating at this location again. I rather go to the one on Southern and 441 even though its a bit out of my way but I never get sick there and the order is always right.

Just watched a construction worker walk out after saying he didn’t want to order on the machine and the worker told him he’d have to wait. He stood there 8 minutes without any help and finally just walked out. And I don’t blame him. They’re automatically pushing people to the machine to order and no one is even at the front register. I also don’t like the machines personally. Just seemed to be a real genuine disdain towards all the guests that walk into the restaurant from the staff. You can feel it in the air the moment you walk in. I know that guy won’t be coming back to this location and tbh I don’t intend to either. Just a real lack of caring about making the in house guests happy over at this location, it’s a real shame. Better off spending your money at the nearby McDonald’s or off across the street.

Food is very good. A couple of times I ordered a taco without cheese, only to find cheese in it after I started eating it (likely co-contamination) and it was cheerfully replaced with apologies. Staff is always pleasant. And the day manager is on top of things. The place is spotless.

Beware! This location barely wraps the food. Kinda reminded me of a poorly secured used diaper. Let’s just say the food end up falling out of the wrapper while removing it from the bag and food spilled all over the interior of my car. Ended up having to clean up the mess and throwing out the food. Never had this issue at any other location.

Order 3 grill cheese burrito boxes, 2 spicy potato tacos and a crunch wrap. Took 20 mins to make. Didn’t get the spicy tacos and they gave a cold breakfast burrito from the morning instead of a grill cheese burrito in one of the boxes. Some staff they have.
