Don’t come here on your lunch break you’ll have no time to eat. I work across the street, place my order on the app before I leave my job and still have to wait 20 mins in store fo my food. Then they actually ask you for a five star review.

Ordered cantina chicken quesadilla with small mountain dew. Waited forever for someone to take my order with customers standing behind me. Wish they had a kiosk to help speed things up. Took forever to receive my food just to end up with super greasy chicken which tasted like nothing but grease. The only item I had that was good was the mountain dew which isn’t saying much. Chicken was old and piled with toppings to cover it fries where old not hot or warm only thing good was soft taco and that wasn’t hot or warm either temperatures are off on the food and also selling food hours past expiration while drive thru employee was speaking on the phone on speaker while serving me highly rude unprofessional workplace for sure

The service is so bad here. Management is just a disaster. 5 people at the counter, the manager is trying to interview someone in the lobby. The restrooms are locked. And the wait for food is extraneous. No one working the counter until I interrupted the manager. My mistake for coming here. Next time take your uniform off and no one will bother you.

Food had to return again they made the food hot got home had to return again they forgot the chalupa then that still came out soggy these workers are horrid extra 45 min I’ll go to chili’s or Applebee’s worth the small wait 1-2-2026

Ordered extra sour cream extra cheese got no cheese or sour cream basically. I’m tired of fast food restaurants for the same price I could’ve gone to chili’s and gotten an entire meal that would’ve been quality. Not the first time I’ve gone hear and had my order messed up. But it’s definitely the last. $16 Dollars for this is absurd.

What bad business and awful customer service. I got in the drive thru line at 3:32 am to pick up a delivery order. I was behind about 11-14 cars. Its Halloween night so its understandable that they were busy. For the 1st 20 mins it was moving okay i guess. Then after about 40 mins of waiting in line , the employees just stop answering .Myself as well as many many others were already trapped in the drive thru. We knocked on the door and pleaded at the drive thru to be told Anything about whats going on and THEY JUST IGNORED EVERYONE. This was for a delivery customer or I would have tried to leave but the customer had already been waiting almost 2 hours when it was promised in 15-20 minutes tops. Things happen but the fact that they had 13 cars behind me & 2 in front of me & wouldnt tell anyone anything was so unprofessional & downright rude. IVE HAD 1 CAR INFRONT OF ME FOR 43 MINS AND THE EMPLOYEES HAVENT SAID A WORD ON WHY THEY ARE JUST LEAVING US HANGING. Now after everyone has waited for 2 hours or more and its now 5am & they close at 5am, there not going to help them. OI FEEL SO BAD FOR THE CUSTOMER THATS BEEN waiting 2 & 1/2 hours for there delivery and I’m dealing with employees that won’t even communicate. Obviously, they don’t care about there community or other people. TO just stop taking orders & not tell all the people whos been in line over or almost 2 hours. And best part is cashier or whomever thought they had the right to be nasty once I got up to the window & asked for the customers order. The order that was pur in over 2 hours ago & the order the restaurant had the ability to cancel if they couldn’t fill the order. Instead they didn’t do anything but treat their customers bad and never made any comments . STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION CAUSE THEY DONY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOM WE DS OR THERE OWN JOBS FOR THAT MATTER. IM FOR SURE CALLIng CORPORATE TOMORROW. My car wouldn’t even make it home because it over heated after sitting in there drive thru for over 2 hours. I’m so angry . THIS IS HORRIBLY RAN

I was there just now in the drive-through trying to place an order. At the drive-through the machine never came on with no one asking to take my order for a good two minutes so I drove to the first window, where the lady taking orders right now and multiple people saw me waiting and did not bother opening the window to talk to me. I made eye contact with multiple people and nobody helped me. I literally sat there for about five minutes, just waiting for the lady who was right in front of me to open the window and she never did. What an awful establishment.

Thank you for always being kind and working hard. I have been coming here a lot lately. Ordering under Bella. I don’t eat meat and sub for potatoes or beans. This location is kind enough to fill the tortillas. I don’t feel like I’m being cheated out of money and food. I truly appreciate that. I was hungry at almost 1am 11/6, and I want to thank whoever made my order. I fell asleep before it arrived, but it is equally delicious at 7am.
