I don’t know what’s going on at this location, but the quality was unacceptable. I placed my order through the app, and the food I received was disappointing. The workers are friendly… but… The Gordita Crunch had a strange, chemical-like taste that made it inedible. The fries arrived cold, hard, and impossible to eat.
I tried reporting the issue through the app using the “I need help” button, but no one responded. If customer support isn’t going to follow up, what’s the point of having that option?
Overall, this was a frustrating experience—poor food quality and no support when something goes wrong.

I usually go there after work when I go. The staff is friendly overall satisfied, but the new guy never puts the correct sauce in with the food. Alway mild eventhough it says fire Diablo ect on the order. Not a big deal but not hard to throw it in the bag either

Taco Bell has gotten better as a Fast Food/Service establishment. I ordered for my girlfriend and I just about one of everything, it took a little longer than the app said it would, but I wasn’t missing anything, they didn’t complain about working like the one on Indiantown West does, and the drinks were full with asking for no ice verses some restaurants will be petty and not fill them up all the way. And of course the Food taste good, fresh, and chips were Crispy.

I was just at the Taco Bell on blue Heron, and yes, I don’t have a car, but I was able to walk through the drive through place. My order get to the window. And the woman made me feel like I was nothing because I didn’t have a car the worst experience. I’ve had at a Taco Bell and they’ve taken my order that way. So many times I’m a local that everybody knows me here. I feel like standing out in front of your store and protesting now.n I just might do that, my name is Sean Cockrell. Asked for 4 items and in return had to wait over 20 minutes on my lunch break, with only 2 cars in the drive thru, it was a mobile order that said it was ready and the people behind the counter looked terrified to talk to people. It’s insanity

This Taco Bell is the worst location that I’ve been to. I typically love their food but this one skimps on the portions all the time especially on burritos. They are just the wrapper. They often don’t give sauce packets through the drive through either. I love Taco Bell just not this location.

Read my order back to me to ensure it was correct, was able to make modifications that met my dietary restrictions, asked multiple times if i wanted hot sauce in case i changed my mind…and i did. Food was prepared with care and very fresh. Being vegan its hard to find fast food and most taco bells are overpriced and get your order wrong, ill be driving out of my way to go to this taco bell.

I arrived at this location around
1:00am. Cashier on speaker seemed very hostile and irritated. I placed my order of a Catina burrito and and cantina soft taco with a 12 pc side I of cinnabons . As I was driving home I had a few cinnabons and sadly some where hard and crusty and others were soft and still icy on the inside. When I arrived home, (i live 3 mins away off blue heron,)I opened my burrito and took 2 bites and it was cold also.The chicken was definitely not at correct temp unless it is served cold, which I have never had. I am at the end of the $22 transaction for a chicken container burrito. A chicken contain soft taco and some Cinnabon. The cashier did not provide me with a receipt. I just don’t recommend this Taco Bell.

So I just left this restaurant order 5 beefy melt burritos so happy because I’ve been planning my morning around these burritos bite into it and something is off take a 2nd bite notice the rice and chips are missing no biggie I’ll just return so they can fix it right??? Nope. I called a total of 4times the 1st times it ring until a weird noise could be heard and simply hung up itself. 2nd and 3rd time it magically goes to busy line. 4th time someone answer only for me to explain the issue rather placing myself on hold she can be heard asking the cook about it now the cook swears they placed everything because I can hear this I respond that I can bring it to prove my case this lady decides to be so unprofessional and hang up. I politely came back and return those items. It’s the ugly characters of the employees that let’s me know I’ll drive all the way to Jupiter taco for quality service with quality food then every step foot or waste my gas nor money Rools. L and the rest of the crew. Not even a apology from the manager who did the refund. Not one ounce of compassion let alone care for the situation. Truly need training on customers service
