I have been going to this taco bell for many years and have had issues before, but never one this big so that I leave a review. Time to time there will be quality issues with the food, but whatever, its not a fancy restaurant, I can deal with that.
However, today my partner and I ordered online. My partner has dietary restrictions and issues digesting most meats, but chicken is always safe. We ordered his food with a modification for chicken instead of beef, and only realized once we were home and he bit into his food that his item still had beef on it.
We were shocked and he (rightfully) felt a little sick since he had already bit it and hadn’t had meat in a good few years now, but we honestly ended up shrugging it off. Its a bummer and waste of money but I’ll cook him something myself. Then funny enough, I open my food and right on top of it is a short wavy hair. Just a nice cherry on top.
So, neither of us were able to eat the food we paid for, and I’m left very disappointed that the taco bell failed to replace the meat, which is a very big thing to miss. Coming from a food worker too, that can be dangerous.
Overall disappointed, and please beware if you have dietary restrictions or don’t want hair in your food.
Editing later to say I tried this location again. Got hair in my food again. Insane.

To start off I’ve never been to a slower fast food restaurant in my life. No matter what you get or when you come it’s insanely slow. I will say I saw one poor woman by herself making everything and one dude at the window of the drive thru. Either staff up or close out mobile ordering. Waited 45 mins for my online order and this was after asking for it.
On top of that everything is super sticky. My shoes almost came out my feet from how sticky the floor was. Counters too and wate(?) spilled on the floor.
Avoid this location and go to the sunrise one.

The size of the food you get here is 30 to 50 % less in volume now. I got 2 soft tacos and a burrito supreme. Ate at 6:30pm and I’m starving at 3am. This is new because i always get the same thing. I took the soft taco and shifted the contents to one side to see how much was in there… laughable. Not worth it.

Terrible customer service. I waited hours for an order. I don’t recommend this place. And for Uber Eats orders, don’t even think about ordering here, because they prioritize the phone line, so your order will arrive hours later.

Very poor service. Waited 10 minutes in drive thru line behind 3 other cars, then kid at drive thru tells me to go around after I finally pull up to window. So I went into store to pick up my food and he accused me of cutting the drive thru line in front of other customers and employees, which I did not. Very rude employee and a liar. The drive thru is extremely slow. Been here twice and both times waited in excess of 15 minutes for food. Crazy crazy slow.
They make you wait before the window so they won’t be timed. They are understaffed. Bad management.

Just went to get some grub and while paying I asked the cashier at the drive thru (some dude that sounded like he had a speech impediment) to give me some hot sauce. The dude straight out said yeah its there. I got home and there was no hot sauce. Avoid coming on Friday at 9pm. If you see this dude, double check your order.
One thing is getting the order wrong but lying straight to your face is another issue.

The whole place is a corruption and when we finally got our food, I had three items missing, and the food was cold, and as you could see in the picture, I’ve never seen this in my life. They literally smashed and crumbled them and put them and wrapped them. It was like a funny joke or something.
I don’t know how to feel right now. I feel like they did something wrong to the food the way they were laughing and acting mean I’m really wanna report this to someone because I didn’t want my children to even eat this because it smelled bad. The man was really rude and acting suspicious. I felt a little weird about this whole situation. I really wish that I would go back and give my money back because I don’t wanna even try to because I know they’ll give me a problem because they’re too mean of people it’s not even worth at the fight.
