This store has a horrible staff. They never get your order right and if you try to correct it, they get upset. They retaliate to having you correct them by packing the food in a manner that makes it inedible. Also this place is not fast at all, you can go to a sit down restaurant and be served faster.

Worst taco bell branch you can possibly go to , most incompetent staff . My local taco bell closes at 3am I went at 1210 today. Was left waiting for 20 min with no acknowledgement . Drove up to see the staff sitting on the counters on their phone. So I tapped the window they got up n walked to the back. 5 cars standing behind me , one got out n asked did u order yet . This isn’t the first time regardless if I get there 9 or 12 . The times I did get service the food was sloped together with ingredients missing … one of those if u don’t like your job get another one type of situations . Do yourself a favor a drive a few extra mile to literally anywhere if your looking for food . I Decided to go to Walgreens n got a can of soup instead

I frequent this Taco Bell a lot because is directly next to my job. However in the past couple weeks every single time I have ordered something they have messed it up in some way. Today I ordered two burritos and I wanted fries added into them which I’ve done plenty of times before and multiple locations without issues and instead I got the fries on the side because either the person making the mobile orders doesn’t know how to read or is high as hell. I can only imagine if somebody orders these things for delivery wait a half-hour or more for it and then they finally get it and the order is completely wrong because somebody can’t seem to follow instructions on the screen. And I would have just left feedback through their survey service but the information required to do so is not found on the receipts attached to the bags.
