I wrote customer service and gotten ZERO RESPONSE SO NOW I’M HERE
I was at the drive thru ordered a cheesey beef rice burrito I wanted a side of beef on the side and I was given a tiny sauce cup that’s given when you buy nachos or avocado sauce .
I haven’t been to this location in a while and recently visited my third time here . When I was last here I would order the beef on the side with a black button cup and always get a good amount of beef for .50 cents .
I went in and explained to the young lady African American short with glasses told her I have never seen a side of beef this small and would like another one or add beef to my meal to get what I paid for . She said NO MA’AM we don’t do that . I said ok and walked out . I should have just have her refund my money.
I’ll stick with the other location on University Drive better customer service there!

That burrito look disgusting and unsafe to eat. I asked for sweet tea, it taste like plain water with a little bit of water. The Taco Bell I normally order from, their service it’s great and food it’s great. Also supreme luxe box I normally pay $7 with tax, manager light skin women look on her early 40s or close, said it’s 8.99. Or I spent almost $10 just to dump most of it in the garbage, everything was garbage. Stay away from this location. I will never buy from there again, maybe if there’s a new manager and food and service improve. I question about the total, she fumed, I just let it go. I would have canceled if I knew it’s that garbage I will not even give to dog they was about to sell me for my money.

I tell ya. I haven’t been to a Taco Bell in about 15 years. And had a quick craving so stopped in at this one and I was very very happy with the place. It was nice and clean, friendly smiling Staff and the food was really a treat! Came out fast, hot and fresh. It was really a good visit. I recommend this one to anyone that is having a crave !!!! These cravings do not happen for me much due to lifestyle foods. But today I went on a different course for one meal and do it regret it at all!! Both thumbs up!!!

I’ve been here twice. I generally get either tacos or a bowl to reduce gluten. The burrito, quesadilla, and chalupa options have flour tortilla. I ordered three volcano tacos and one Doritos locos taco. I get steak instead of ground beef. I like the three cheese as a substitute. Both have a hard corn tortilla which is good for me. The lava tacos are a bit more spicy. Overall good.

Quick Service, Friendly Staff, But Packaging Needs Improvement
I recently visited the Taco Bell near my workplace and ordered one of their value meal boxes through the drive-thru. The staff member who attended to me was exceptionally friendly and provided quick service. However, there were a few aspects of my experience that could be improved to enhance customer satisfaction.
Upon reaching the payment window, I promptly paid and received my drink within seconds. However, I noticed that my meal was handed to me without any packaging or bag to carry it. It felt slightly inconvenient, as I had to hold the box while driving.
The food itself was what I expected from a fast-food restaurant – average in taste and quality. Nevertheless, it would have been more appealing if the presentation matched the overall experience. Having my meal properly packaged would have made it easier to transport without any spills or mess.
Unfortunately, as I was leaving the premises, the small sauce packets provided toppled over and scattered beneath the seat of my car.
In summary, my visit to this Taco Bell featured friendly service and quick delivery of food. However, I suggest that the restaurant pays more attention to packaging meals adequately for takeout orders. By addressing these areas, it would enhance the overall experience and make it more convenient for customers.
