I almost didn’t come here because of the ratings n reviews but I decided to not only come but dine in. It’s clean, my order was fine and the service was good too. When I walked in the cashier (a young lady) was actually helping an older couple order on the screen. I also noticed the prep/bagger guy nicely placed all my food in the bag. Usually placed just throw it in there. So not sure why all the bad reviews. I think sometimes a little more grace needs to be given because we all have bad days. Thanks I enjoyed my strawberry freeze as well.

It’s really disappointing that Taco Bell doesn’t allow customers to use the restroom unless they make a purchase. Basic restroom access should be a common courtesy, especially for families, elderly people, or anyone dealing with an emergency. Requiring someone to spend money first feels inconsiderate and unwelcoming. Restaurants are supposed to provide comfort and convenience, and policies like this can make customers feel embarrassed or undervalued. It creates a negative experience that may push people to take their business elsewhere.

I normally always come to this toco bell but I don’t believe I will come back because for one I came for one thing an one thing only I pulled in drive through an asked for a breakfast sausage crunch wrap but yet I got a grand toast sausage burrito that I didn’t ask for so I proceed to pull back to the window Jason Deon was the cashier I asked him was this a breakfast Crunchwrap because it sure didn’t look like it anyhow I let him know know that this wasn’t what I asked for… can I get the breakfast sausage crunch wrap so the other guy came from the back with a nasty lil attitude talking bout he asked u if everything was correct on the screen right….which I don’t recall him asking but cool no biggie all he had to do was fix my order no apologie no nothing at least …..just insist on telling me that was what I ordered the customer service is trash. An not sure if he was the manger but honey he needs to adjust hisself

have not been at Taco Bell in forever. This location has the nicest people. everyone was pleasant and made the stop very pleasurable.. they have excellent customer service!!!

Staff, 5 stars for friendliness. Bathrooms, 5 stars for cleanliness. The in-store music was blaring loud. I ditched dining in because of this.

There was next to nothing on our tacos… we did get the pico on the side, but they charged us an additional $0.50 dollars to do so. The nacho fries were good and fresh, but that was the only good thing about the meal.

this has been going on for some time now. but they have been leaving people sit at the speaker for 3-7 mins with ZERO car at the window. then once they take your order they tell you to wait at the speaker. also a have went to this location at night and they closed several hours early to rent the parking lot spaces for the club next to them. not sure how this fairs in corp. eyes but defiantly makes the brand look bad.

Its 2pm and Ive been at an auto place since 815 am waiting on a tire to be delivered. I go in wanting to order quickly and run into the bathroom and the guy wont come up to the counter he just points at the 2 ordering screens. Now I REALLY have to go to the bathroom and I just want to order my blinking food. I push the 1st screen & actually want the $9 box that was on the screen but now I find I have to go through ALL your other food and webpages to get what I want. PIA!!! I walked out and went to Popeyes. Too ridiculous & too much trouble for me.
