Food is fine enough. Standard Taco Bell never really any complaints about the food at this location. I’ll just say DON’T order inside. That’s basically the case for any fast food place at this point in 2025. But it’s especially the case here. Drive thru much faster.

The Taco Bell employees don’t want to do there job I’ve waited two damn hours for them to make my order and they can’t make, I placed it through door dash it doesn’t take long to make an order, I got passed with many door dashers first it was Christopher then Ernesto many more to come lastly I spoke to Natalie she was going to get my order she was there for a good 15-18 minutes then cancel the whole order, Taco Bell do better if you guys aren’t able to make a simple order then don’t do it at all, don’t order from the specific location do it through a different location

Worst beef burrito supreme. Didn’t have beef at all, just onions, sauce and beans. Please… if you don’t have beef tell the costumer. My crunch wrap only have tomato and lettece, I couldn’t believe it. I was wondering why on a Saturday there was no line on the drive through when everyone is out. Never again would go back there. Had to throw away what I thought would be a nice brunch. Really awefull “food”.

everyone has a bad attitude , the girl with the red hair & the new girl with a mole… which seem like they just came out of high school. rushing orders out, don’t know how to say thank you or your welcome… and have no basic manners, just throwing the food at you & half of the times it’s wrong. definitely not a place to go to if you want your food to have the correct extra additions that you pay for. seems like they were just desperate to hire. 0/10 recommend

Terrible service. I order 5 tacos and they give me 1 packet sauce. A little common sense goes A LONG way. Not only that, but ordered the 5 dollar box and they didn’t even put my cinnamon twist. Will never return to this Taco Bell again.

It is July 13th,I just left the drive through,there was a young girl that took my order she was Soo humble and nice,I asked for nacho cheese and sour cream on my chalupa,when I got to the drive thru the older lady that made it tried to tell me that’s the amount it supposed to be,mind you I have been coming there for a minute and they never put a little tiny bit like that,this had to be around 1am in the morning,she was rude and miserable,I feel like if you don’t like the job then switch your position,I paid extra but I didn’t mind,some people just don’t care about how people order is made,we as customers didn’t have nothing to do with the position she chose and if she doesn’t like her job then she needs to try something different,it doesn’t make sense for people to be rude to customers when they had nothing to do with your career decisions

Came in here to pick up an order today 1/30/25 and the girl paid me no attention and didn’t care to ask who was I picking up for. When I tried to get her attention she only gave me the wait finger, this is the 4th time I’ve came In here and she totally ignores online orders she only pays attention to the drive thru and nothing else. Customer service is non existent in this place when she is at the front. If you are ordering online or picking up any deliveries don’t even waste your time she will only show you her back when you try to speak to her. To walk inside an establishment and sit there for 20 minutes and nobody says a word to you is preposterous. Never walking in here again 4 times is way too much I am done here.

2025 Update: this was my last visit to this location and possibly the entire brand. My mobile order was picked up by anther person they claim had the “same name.” Even though I a very particular name. They offered to remake it, 15 min later, I’m still waiting.I waited thinking it was busy.
It was a bit of a hassle trying to re-explain why I was still there and was a fuss before they offered to remake it again. I would have been perfectly ok to have the food remade, it was the back and forth and neglect that got to me.
At this point I felt ripped off, embarrassed and uncomfortable. I leave with no refund and no food except the fried I ordered separately. I’m done with the entire experience!
P.S. That was my supposed to be my first meal of the day but I’ll take accountability for not eating sooner while or before working. ORDER # 930426
