Who doesn’t love a Santiago’s breakfast burrito?!?! You should dine in and try it deluxe (smothered with lettuce and tomatoes). If your looking for low carb, get it in a burrito bowl. Also their chips and salsa are my favorite. I wish they had other Creamer than dry but, other than that, it’s my favorite place for breakfast.

This is the best Mexican food in Fort Morgan. We’ve been going here for years and they have the same issue every restaurant in FM has – dependence on the help available. When they have employees that don’t care, the overall experience suffers. The food itself when fresh and put together correctly is outstanding.
However, they only get 4 stars because of the hypocrisy of their straw policy. They dont have straws because they want to be green. However, that sign sits right next to the big fridge with 120 single use plastic bottled drinks they sell. They send plastic utensils wrapped in plastic with the carryouts, which are in a plastic bag filled with food in plastic containers.
But if I want to drink their delicious horchata, I have to drink from the plastic glass without a straw so they can be “green”. It’s crazy.
Bring back straws, keep serving the good food, and get that fifth star.

this place has gone down hill, called an order in for pick up. Ordered a non special bacon burrito added frijoles. Showed up and 6 people waiting as the lady was taking a phone order for what seemed to be 10 min. after she processed through the line, I let her know I called the order in for the 1 burrito. She proceeded to ring me up for 2 burritos, added $1 for the beans (understandable) but then added a side of bacon for $4. totaling $17?? for a tiny breakfast burrito. I let her know this was a mistake i just wanted a regular 1/2 and 1/2 with bacon she said it was not on special (I was already aware its a bit more). there was a language barrier and she did not understand there was a mishap in ringing me up. I finally gave up and left without my burrito. I usually order here when im in town, it has been over a year and their customer service decline was apparent, they must have made enough money that they don’t care anymore. Same goes for the Castle Rock location, customer sevice was in the toilet. too bad great burritos but maybe they havent noticed all the food trucks popping u, alot of places have great burritos now.

Shout out to our server Denis Alva, he was great!. Our family went to celebrate my daughters birthday (9ct). He played Happy Birthday over music system when she entered front door. The employees and others patrons added a special touch with our family singing Happy Birthday. She was gifted sopapillas with powder sugar and honey after our delicious meal . Thank you cooks. Denis is a awesome waiter. Upbeat, happy, smiles and very proficient. Woo-hoo. Thank you for making her birthday a wonderful celebration.

Normally I would give 4-5 stars however its a bit frustrating to order ahead and put a time down for pick up and unless its for breakfast burritos, the time for pick up is irrelevant and you still have to wait 10 minutes, been this way every time I order ahead when I am limited on time. Today I ordered 2 breakfast bowls, 1 hot and 1 half and half. Well both bowls just had hamburger and green chili. There was no egg or potato in them and the hot bowl had no cheese. Had I seen that before I left I would have complained.
Again though, what is the point of ordering on line and putting down a specific time for pick up if your not going to have it ready, let alone the correct order.
