Taco Bell is getting really skimpy lately. There’s no way they’ll become the 5 star dine-in restaurant Demolition Man showed them to be at this rate. Do better. Put a legitimate quantity of meat in the dishes if you aren’t even using quality. At least hit one of the marks.

Traveling through the area headed to Key West, FL. Decided to stop for lunch at this Taco Bell. Worst mistake, EVER! First, you go inside to have the experience of enjoying a sit down meal and not driving and eating with your family in the car. The staff was non-existent from the moment we walked inside. There is two large keyboard/display monitors of the menu. You have to manually work the monitors (which were nasty as hell) to input your order. The entire time the staff would not engage with you only the monitors. Basically you have to become your own fast food worker without having to make the food. Second, the food was horrible. Bland as heck, and truly the worst Taco Bell experience EVER! If you happen to be in the area, keep driving past this place.

Personally I’m glad that there are still people who are nice in the world! Especially people like her! She is an absolutely incredible worker! She does so much especially in Drive-Thru! Thank you Cheyenne! You deserve a raise or promotion!!!

The lady at the window tonight 12/17/2025 did such an amazing job! She was friendly and very excited to serve her customers. She deserves a raise Or promotion!! She made sure our order was correct, asked us if we needed any sauce and overall was so friendly! You guys should be happy to have her on your guys team! She was a Small Lady (not trying to be you know, but I think she was Hispanic or native, sorry bad memory) with gold glasses! Keep up the great work and happy smile!

The customer service was very poor. There was a line in the drive thru that was not moving so I came inside and see the person at the window is on her phone and not taking orders then when the customer said something they said yes go ahead and had attitude to the customer. While I’m standing there no one to take order and was not pointed to kiosk to place order until after 5 mins and asking for assistance.

This is completely unacceptable. I clearly ordered a veggie bowl and was served chicken instead. How does something like this even happen?! This isn’t a minor error – for vegetarians and people with dietary or religious restrictions, this is a serious breach of trust. Orders need to be prepared with basic attention and respect. This level of carelessness is shocking and frankly not okay. Taco Bell needs to do better

I had a pickup scheduled and visited the location at around 9PM. This is the location closest to my home but we usually order through Uber. As my first experience dealing the staff, I just had to take the time to leave them a fantastic review!
Katherine assisted us through the drive through and she was quick and nice! She instructed us to park on the side while they completed our order. It was a pretty big order for the whole family!
Paula cooked our meals and was SUPER NICE! Both came out several times to bring us our food and update us on the progress. You really don’t see this kind of customer service anymore!
