I don’t know who made the food tonight but you did an amazing job. Usually when I go to this Taco Bell, most of the time everything is sloppily thrown together, cold, and made with old ingredients but this food was hot,

DONT EAT HERE. i usually don’t write reviews, but this was absolutely disgusting. when we got there we had a small order and got a baja blast, the baja blast was disgusting due to needing new syrup . when we asked if they could replace it the girl in the back with a long blonde ponytail under her breath said “omfg” and rolled her eyes. as a previous manager at a fast food place, that is not a crazy question to ask considering they weren’t at all busy. we got a pepsi that tasted gross because it was obvious the soda dispenser was horribly dirty (they are very prone to molding if not properly cleaned daily). horrible service and when we ate the food it tasted so gross i wanted to throw up. i understand this is a taco bell but it’s obvious these people get paid to do nothing instead of there job.

I had such an amazing experience going to Taco Bell tonight. The workers were so nice John and Hannah were absolutely amazing. I’m not one to usually make reviews about fast food cause usually you know you come and you go but they definitely make it worth while quality of the food, Beverages and service was just 100% amazing definitely found my preferred Taco Bell!

Normally don’t care enough to review but my experience here is worth sharing.
Walked in, 5pm, place was dead, light drive thru traffic.
Yet, the place was filthy, every table covered with food particles and sticky, spilled drinks, quesadilla chunks on the floor, you name it.
Food came fast yet… even without the pressure of a line at the drive thru or inside, it was thrown together, one taco skinny, the next one stuffed.
For the 20 minutes I sat down and ate, no staff came out to address the filth. I LOVE Taco Bell, but with the filth and shotty food prep and the 100’s of unknown unknowns that can occur behind the counter, I will never go back to this place.
Ever.

Went thru the drive thru this morning with 5 people, each person ordered food, and drinks, which was a big order, and the guy taking my order said it just keep going and going, um yes it was a big order so what else am I to do? So when I went to the window I asked if I should have ordered online and he said well I mean it was a $60 order, um yeah so how am I supposed to order food thru a drive thru? And when the woman brought the food around she was annoyed because it was a lot of food she had to get together so they were both complaining like um well it’s your job so if you don’t like taking big orders then work somewhere else. At the bottom it’s asking what size group is this place best suited for? Hmm maybe one so they don’t have to take such a big order. And our kids love Taco Bell but I’m not going back to this one, guess I have to drive 5 more miles and hopefully they don’t complain about a large order. Anyway the food was fine

We ordered a few tacos, you would think that who ever taught the food preparation team how to properly dress the tacos would show them how to drain the grease before filling the shell.
We didn’t get enough meat and the hard shell was so soggy it was rather nasty, threw 2 tacos in the trash.

Consistently terrible service. Ordered online and I could see my completed order on the stainless prep table (instead of designated pickup area) but no one would acknowledge my existance to hand it to me. Most or all were outside by the back door. Had to scream at them to get my food. While eating inside a group of 3 customers came in. They were ignored and eventually walked out without ordering. Horrible service even for beachside.

Restaurant smells. We ordered drinks but they were not given and we had to show the receipt and ask for them. Ordered a potato add-on for a Quesadilla and never received that. First time at Taco Bell and I will never return.

Not gonna lie. I like Taco Bell and have a pretty good expectation for what these stores normally give. Unfortunately, this store was below average. Staff was polite but gave some of our food to another customer. The tacos we received were for dine in, but we got them in a bag and then had to ask for the drink cups.
All of this is to be understood, but for whatever reason, the tacos were entirely cold, meat and everything, and also wet. I’m not sure how that happens.

I ordered multiple items for me and my friend and the forget multiple of my items which I had to drive 30mins home just to realize I’m missing to key items from the order! Would never return again!
