The milkshakes are thick and tasty. The wait for the food wasn’t long everything was made to order hot and fresh. The food was good and tasty. The chicken stack has so much flavor and the sauce that comes on it makes it better. The burgers were also good and neatly made. The bathroom was clean and in the back. Plenty of room for seating. Seperate area for pick up and delivery orders.

Employees are excellent, polite and service oriented. If you have a problem they will fix it.
Great location just off RT 10 in Livingston. Plenty of parking.

I bought a hamburger that was pure oil, and in many parts you could see the dark spots of old oil. I showed it to the cashier, and she said it was indeed very oily and the oil was old.
And to my great sadness, I ordered a hamburger with avocado and they didn’t put it on it.
In other words, the quality is dropping significantly.

I don’t have any complaints with this particular location. My children rated it a 10 out of 10. You know children are the worst and most honest critic! I like the little thank you note that came with my dine-in experience. They also have seating outdoors. Plenty of parking.

Great, delicious food. Unfortunately, waits are often long. At no fault of the employees, there’s probably a lot of orders coming in, but it’s still an annoying inconvenience. Make sure to order ahead on the app, but even then there was a time where I waited 20 minutes for a shake and it was only brought out because I asked for it. All this aside, every time I’ve ordered here, it’s been accurate and tasty. My favorite menu items are the ‘Shroom Burger, Cheese Fries, and I always make sure to get a seasonal shake.

The Shake Shack is a place you can always depend on when it comes to a delicious hamburger or cheeseburger. There are plenty of options when it comes to toppings and all are included at no extra price. There are also special seasonal burgers which are generally worth the try!! Some I wish they would just make part of the menu! The fries are yum! I love to split the bacon cheese fries with hubby. They are SO GOOD! There are also seasonal shakes if you can leave enough room! Also I think the single cheeseburger works even though there is a double available. Every time we have dined at Shake Shack it’s been a wonderful and delicious experience.

It was 9:29 pm when I arrived. I was surprised to find the door open. I placed my order and paid by Apple Pay but the order didn’t appear. The system had locked me out. But they were nice enough to still complete my order. Even though by this time it was passed closing time. Some cleaned as others worked on my order.
