I opened my order and the wrapper was marked “ham.” Taco Bell doesn’t even SELL pork—so why is that written on my food? Either the staff is completely clueless or they’re slapping random labels on whatever comes out of the kitchen. Both options are unacceptable. It’s sketchy, sloppy, and honestly made me lose trust in what I was about to eat. If you can’t even label the food correctly, what else are you messing up?

I didn’t expect much based on the reviews but I was surprised, they kinda knocked it out of the park. Ordered on the app but they don’t make it untill you get to the drive through. Everything hot. Everything better than normal. 5 minute wait. Very nice.

I came here a week ago to pick up an Uber Eats order to deliver. I came into the drive-thru because most taco bells are closed at 2:00 in the morning and require you to go to the drive-thru. In the app, it even says go through the drive-thru at the lobby is closed. So I figured the lobby at 2:00 in the morning would be closed like the rest of Taco bells in the city. I pull up to the drive-thru box and say I’m picking up the order. I am told to drive to the window. I get to the window, and the manager tells me that the lobby is open and I need to come inside. I said okay no problem I didn’t realize it was open. I parked the car and go inside and as I’m walking up to the door, she is standing at the door with my order ready to hand it to me. Why on Earth would she not have just handed it to me at the drive-thru window when I was there? It was the same manager at the drive-thru window as it was that handed me to order at the door. I understand if the order is not ready to have me come in. But when there was not a single car in the Drive-Thru line and the order was obviously already there, I definitely don’t understand the extra step when it was completely unnecessary. It was truly the most power trippy thing I’ve ever witnessed in my life. If you want the inside of the store to stay open, let the drivers know that. If you put in the app that the dining room May close and to use the drive-thru, most drivers are going to assume that 2:00 in the morning is going to be the close time.

This Taco Bell location’s service is some of the best I’ve received. Every time we visit, whether it is dining in or going though the drive-thru, my family and I always receive the same welcoming treatment! I greatly appreciate the hospitality!

I placed an online order for pickup and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at Taco Bell.
I first went through the drive-thru and told the employee my order was for pickup. He told me it was ready, but when I got to the drive-thru window, I was told I had to go inside the store instead.
Once inside, the same employee (the one with a crown tattoo on his face) was rude and disrespectful again. He laughed in my face and told me the order would take another 10 minutes, even though he was standing around doing nothing.
I was not the only customer waiting; multiple people were waiting for their orders. In the end, my order took almost 20 minutes, far longer than what was originally stated.
To make things worse, the food was cold when I finally received it, which is unacceptable after such a long wait.
Poor organization, terrible customer service, and an unacceptable attitude from the staff. I do not recommend this location and will not be returning

If a quick bite to eat is what you are craving, Taco Bell fits the bill. When you walk in, there is typically no one at the front counter. Unless you are paying in cash, the kiosk, that is stationed at the front, is where you order. All menu items are clearly listed and you can even see the ingredient list and all nutritional info as well. Once you place and pay for your order, the food comes back pretty quick considering this location is pretty busy with it being so close to SeaWorld. The food is good, filling and inexpensive. If you are looking for high-quality Mexican food, this is not the place but it does do the job of filling your belly.

I love Taco Bell but it took us over 40 minutes for our food to be ready, which is how long it took the other 2-3 orders we saw while we were in there.
Employers were kind about it but absolutely could’ve gone to a sit down restaurant for the time it took.

Placed our order on the computer since there was no one around to take our order. Food took 25 minutes to be ready and it was not made how it was asked. The AC must have been broken because it was very warm inside. One of the employees got yelled at in front of the people waiting for their food because she almost gave out the wrong order

We came to place an order at the counter. The guy with tattoos on his neck and face did not even talk to us to place an order. We figured out that we have to place an order at the kiosk. After we ordered they took forever to give us the order. A lot of people are waiting in the lobby for their food. We are paying for a service. Taco Bell is not giving us anything. I would like to get a refund and I would like to see if we can talk to any regional manager because your service is disgusting
