This is pathetic. For nearly $11 for a combo you would expect to actually have something in the taco shells. They were accommodating that I had messed up in my wording process and were able to fix it before they started making the food but this is truly sad

Restaurant number 023290. Order #130. On January 25, 2026 between 4:00 – 5:00 pm. I came through the drive thru. I ordered a sweet tea and noticed a brown and thick clear mucus like substance in my drink. I need to be contacted right away as I will be seeking legal action.
I am a pregnant woman who drank from the cup to look at my drink and see this. Unacceptable, I have been on hold with your complaint line. I spoke with the “manager” on site whom couldn’t provide me any answer besides “sorry” I called the number 1800tacobell and spoke with representative Carl. Who was extremely unhelpful.
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT TO SUBJECT YOURSELF TO DRINKING SOMEONES BODILY FLUID (Spit) OR BACTERIA FROM UNCLEAN EQUIPMENT.

Literally asked and paid for pico and got meat and cheese – those unfamiliar this is supposed to be a mexi melt. But if they don’t sell that then order a cheesy roll up add beef and pico and it’s a mexi melt. (When they make it correct) Otherwise this is just a kids meal for a higher price.

Explain to me how I ask for 1 item on the menu and it still gets messed up.
I pay for a Quesadilla with extra chicken, and get an entire quarter of that quesadilla with zero chicken. The rest of the quesadilla was no better. As you can see by the darker portions of it in the pic, there’s minimal chicken.
Please just give a slight amount of care in the food you’re making. This may be all someone gets in their day, and they’re counting on y’all actually deliver what they’re paying for- I get life’s wild right now, but please do better.

Literally just ordered from this place through doordash a few mins ago! Im getting the chicken bacon ranch chalupas and each order comes with 2 chalupas. I did 4 orders of the CBR chalupas and was missing 4 chalupas. Ie 2 orders. I ordered a second time again for the missing 2 orders and I only got 1 order of chalupas. This is ridiculous and outrageous. This location has gone down the drain. Retrain your staff to not be so brain dead

Ordered on uber eats at this location. DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE ON DELIVERY SERVICES!!! The employees don’t know how to read or something.. this is a common occurrence at this location. 4 out 5 times I order from here they screw the order up. Firstly I ordered a chicken quesadilla with extra cheese and instead I got a cheese quesadilla with not extra cheese and it wasn’t even cut. The quesadilla was not cut. Can’t make this up. I also ordered a grilled cheese burrito with extra cheese, and there was no shredded cheese at all in the grilled cheese burrito. Luckily I got my money back from uber but this is ridiculous and happens very often with this location.

Dime in took over 20min. To be prepared. It was not a busy time. And to tap it all, I had to go back to the counter for the drinks a the missing food. My order was a crunchy combo, 1 been burrito which i got it wrong because I had some spicy burrito instead. And the cinnamon twist which they forgot it.

Very uncomfortable experience in the drive-thru. While we were placing our order for our family of (4), a man came on the speaker and said, “Dang, anything else? Y’all ordering a lot.”
That comment was unnecessary and unprofessional. Customers should never be made to feel judged or embarrassed for ordering food they are paying for. It completely ruined the experience and made us feel uncomfortable.
If you work in customer service, you should treat customers with respect regardless of how much they order. This was disappointing and uncalled for.

They don’t even deserve 1 star. They short us two tacos and we go around front to go in and of course the lobby is closed. By this time the line is 10 cars deep. I call the store, “the manager” gets on the phone and says I have to wait in line again. I said no ma’am I’m not waiting because you all screwed up my order. She said “it doesn’t work like that” and hangs up. This is 1/9/2026 at 11:07pm. Ownership needs to be aware of the garbage they are letting run their store!

On another occasion, I ordered through door dash and apparently the workers can’t read.
How come I ordered 5 tacos and only received 2? The bag was sealed with the receipt stating 5 tacos, so I know this wasn’t a door dash issue, This was a taco bell on east colonial issue.
