There are a couple women who work there that are extremely rude to the driver. S1 of them just forced me to click the button to pick up my order when I was picking app 2 orders, because she couldn’t stop to look at the situation instead, just decided to scream instructions, I feel bad for the young kids that are working there that have to take the abuse that she’s handing out and I’m saying this because it’s been more than 345 times that I’ve been in there, and she’s been rude and I’m pretty sure she’s a manager.

I wouldn’t even give it one star if I didn’t have to. I will never be returning here again, food quality is absolutely awful. I got a chicken quesdilla, I get home and this is what I got. Absolutely disgusting and went straight in the trash. Cheese isn’t melted, quesdilla isn’t even cut.

Came today to grab food, I noticed a sign on the door that said they would be closed from 2-4, walked in at 1:30 and got denied food, no big deal, put a complaint in on the website. A few hours later the GM called me and was asking me what was going on, she then decided to argue with me and said I was lying about what happened and said they were still serving food. Very unprofessional behavior from a GM to call just to argue

This was my first time here. When I arrived with my son and his friend we were ready to order. There was a person to get the order, she asked us about the type of payment, I said “card”, then she told me to put the order through the kiosk. It was not a cordial start because an order for 3 people cannot take more than 2 minutes. Anyway, we put the order, it was delivered fast. While waiting for their order we picked a table, but walking was another challenge. The floor wasn’t wet but greasy. It was a disgusting feeling that it desperately needed cleaning. Greasy and obviously slippery. I ordered stake quesadilla with extra bean and extra guacamole. Lucky me that I wanted to dine in, because it was falling apart. It was a messy quesadilla. At least the two kids had their orders in a manner that they could manage the mess. The fries were really good. Although this place wasn’t full of customers, I don’t know if it’s fair to blame the only 3 workers I saw there. I feel that another worker taking care is the cleanliness of the place plus soap in the bathroom, I mean, taking care of the details, would help to keep this place in a good way. I do not plan coming back here anymore.
