Worst jack n box there is. Never get orders right. Super rude “staff.” My kids love their tacos but every single time we attempt to go back…. It reminds me why we don’t go there. Tonight yet again, most of our order was wrong. And management doesn’t attempt to make anything right. Do not eat here. Waste of time and money. I miss the old one in Edwardsville. They at least go the roses right. This is the one that should have closed.

This location continues to violate health and safety protocol. Just stopped by tonight and completely canceled my order because the cashier went to go back up fries with no gloves on. This is not the first time that I’ve seen this happen and with different people so it seems to be an ongoing occurrence. Absolutely disgusting to have the same person handling money and fries with no gloves and without washing hands.

Went to jack in the box on my lunch break around 2:15a.m. My food was horrible! Not fresh at all. My fries and chicken strips were hard. Hot on outside and cooled on inside. Seemed like they were refried to make food hot to appear fresh.

i paid 46 dollars for a burger combo, fries, mini tacos, one egg roll, and 2 drinks. First there was only the burger patty on the burger, lettuce, and cheese, not what i asked for there was supposed to be bacon, onions, tomatoes and more so and the chicken was hard. They forgot my fries on the second order and not to mention their coworkers basically all have attitude seriously ridiculous whm they have one job

Jack in the box has seriously gone down hill. They have computer screens to show what the order needs, but they still can’t seem to get an order correct. Then food quality makes the customer experience even worse. Example- my taco was mainly just a greasy shell.
