It wouldn’t let me do a new review so I am revamping my review completely; okay this has to do with drive through service in the day via a VERY specific person who takes your order. She is young, white, mild mannered, small, and has her brown hair in a pony tail. She almost ALWAYS takes peoples orders during the day and has been doing so for years.
This person gives Taco Bell a bad name. She is SO STRICT about the sauce packets that she refuses to give more than 1 or two packets per item, no matter what you ask, even if it is reasonable – then if you check your bag and say hey – that is not the 6 or 8 sauces I asked for (for two large items) – she ARGUES about Taco Bell policy! This makes me NOT want to go back here again. She is making you lose customers. She has been argumentative about packets for a long time.
Why do they ask how many sauces if then at the end they send you on your way WITHOUT what you asked for intentionally? I pay so much to TB per month and I even buy the sauce jars from the grocery store a lot; why do you allow someone to make your establishment look cheap? Because I USE exactly what I ask for, I do NOT appreciate some jerk deciding that I am only allowed to use 1 or 2 packets for my burrito or taco when I LITERALLY use 3-4! I hate this place now, just because of this person.
Update: It’s been 4 months since I did this review (it shows as new because I deleted the old and rewrote the new one) – and as promised I have not been back. I drive out of my way to go to a different one now.

As a Door Dash driver, I expect the orders to at least be, being prepared. I told the lady at the counter who I was waiting for twice. This was 2 in the afternoon, and the store was not that busy. I started a video to show the complacency of the staff, when a Spanish woman, who worked there, seem to take offense. She said she would cancel my order, but I ended up doing it myself. I never raised my voice, I didn’t feel I was being rude, but I didn’t appreciate the indignation she gave me.

If I could give a zero star, I would. I used the drive through to order my food, but I could not hear the c lady. After several attempts, we pulled up to the window to ask a question about an item. The cashier was in the process of answering when the manager RUDELY stepped in front of her to inform us we had to go inside to order if we had questions. I tried to tell her that I had knee surgery less than a week ago. She said it was too bad. They would not answer questions at the window. We left without food.

I spent $30 to get sour cream was spoiled I order a unsweetened tea with no ice get home get a glass with ice go to drink it and it oozes in my mouth. I put my hands in it and it was not a liquid.This is my two burrito supremes. Nothing in them. Tried to call the store but No Answer. Only time I going back is to get my money back. For a Sunday this place was busy. Took about 20 minutes to get through the drive through. My poor taco was lacking on the supreme goodies. When did we start toasting burrito supremes? I felt this made the tortilla too brittle which led to it falling apart while eating. It was also lacking the supreme goodies. We might be short handed but we can always produce great food guys. Let’s get it together

Too bad everything is automated and the employees do their best to avoid the front end. Another difficulty in a cash carrying society. The back end sounded like a Diddy party. The rap “music” from the kitchen was playing and the volume and vulgarity of some of the workers, lacked all sorts of professionalism.

Walked in at 9, door was unlocked, i paid for my order on the screen and then someone walks up to me and says they’re not open. Stole my money because the workers didn’t get stuff ready fast enough.

Terrible! Its bad enough that taco supreme are 3 bucks each… but to not get what you pay for multiple times is just Terrible! I paid for 7 tacos and only got 4. Then went back to address the missing ones, and she identified that I had the ones without tomatoes so I was missing the ones WITH tomatoes… she said it with her own mouth… when I got home I realized she gave me 3 more tacos WITHOUT tomatoes.
It was insane how many people from the drive-thru walked back in the store because something was wrong. I saw at least 5 of them during my short time in there.
