Terrible service last time I went well got a 12 taco variety party box and they were all made poorly with very little meat and almost no toppings. Pictures show exactly how they came. And when I went back to tell them they said I took too long to come back.

Love that this location tried to tell me 12 packs aren’t allowed in the drive thru. Just because they’re trying to force me inside for their drive thru time? So when the lobby closes they don’t offer 12 packs? Someone needs to get ahold of this place. Lobby was filthy and no customer service was present.

Wasn’t sure how it’d be from all the recent ratings, but maybe they’ve had a change of heart, as it was pretty good. Food came out a bit slow for being empty but everything was pretty on par, they even noticed my drink was off colored and checked the machine and poured me a new one. Only kiosks to order from.

It’s clear that the negative reviews on here have not been addressed by the restaurant. I have been to this location numerous times, and each time gets a little worse. When you eat fast food in general, you don’t have high expectations. You at least hope the food is edible. I placed a mobile order and waited 19 minutes at the stop sign for them to bring my order out through their bunny trail in the front landscaping. Since I waited so long, I was thinking “maybe my food will be fresh”. Much to my surprise, the food was still soggy. I upgraded an item to add potatoes – no potatoes found. There was no meat in the crunchwrap, and the guacamole was sour. Just when I thought this place couldn’t get any worse, they proved me wrong again. The only thing they’re getting better at is getting worse.

Ok but WTH is this if I wanted a hard shell taco with cold cheese slapped on the side, I would’ve ordered it. These are their grilled cheese cantina tacos supposedly. The lady in drive thru didn’t even bag my food either, just handed me a box and threw some sauces on top of the box which ended up falling all in my car. Train ya people

I ordered 3 Crunchwrap supremes ($5.89 estimated.) a piece…. And they had no meat. Nothing but lettuce and cheese sauce… I was literally ripped off. I spent $24 here. I want my money and time back.

This Taco Bell location in Niceville is consistently the worst I’ve ever been to. It’s never reliably open, even during posted hours, and more than once I’ve pulled up just a couple minutes before closing only to be told “the system is down.” It’s obvious they just don’t want to serve customers.
I’ve never had a good experience here. The service is unhelpful, the staff seems completely uninterested in doing their jobs, and the place operates like they’re looking for excuses not to take orders. After giving them multiple chances, I’m done. Save yourself the frustration and go to literally any other Taco Bell—this one is a disaster.

“Nacho” fries have no nacho seasoning. Taco has no meat and looks like they vomited it up and then served it to me. The Baja blast was watered down, and there is a wasp flying around the lobby. And not to mention that my friends chips tasted like plastic and her “grilled” burrito was infact NOT grilled. I am very disgusted, mainly by that monstrosity that you call a “taco”.

Poor management. Poor quality. Absolutely terrible. Need to fire managers and rehire new ones. Obviously they can not perform at a high enough level to perform job function. Taco bell fails at making tacos. Then they add a sticker to the hole in lid, leaving residue. Guess a call to the health department is due, cause if my food looks like this, I can only imagine how their back room looks. Learn to do your job. Absolutely pathetic.
Update: taco bell can’t sell tacos cause they ran out of meat… Definitely won’t come back, 2/2 very disappointed. 2/06/23
