I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my experience at your Tinley Park store on [12/26/25]. The gentleman working was incredibly rude, unpleasant, and unprofessional. I had placed and paid for an online order at 12ish PM for pickup at 6:00 PM. Upon arrival, I discovered my order was not ready. In fact, the store had no pizza available for any customers. Several other patrons were also waiting, some for over 45 minutes, for their own online orders. The employee failed to address any of us. When I attempted to get his attention by knocking on the door, he slammed it open, hitting the wall, and then slammed it shut in my face after refusing to acknowledge me. He did not come to the counter or offer any explanation to the waiting customers. I urge you to review your security footage to witness the chaos and the number of frustrated customers who were forced to leave empty-handed. This is not the first negative experience I’ve had at this location, and the consistent lack of quality service and management suggests this store should be shut down. I have already filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and sincerely hope action is taken to address these severe systemic issues.
We ordered 3 regular cheese pizzas and got uncooked ones. We bought them on our way home and live far from this location. We threw out the pizza, took pictures for proof and called+emailed to complain and get a refund. They refused over the phone unless we bring In the pizza and haven’t received any response back from anyone!
We called the restaurant only to be told that the employee was only taking orders and that we were being transferred to the complaint line where we were left on hold and remained there until after our arrival at the restaurant where I then hung up.
The workers were ALL in the back, a few walked towards the front but didn’t come to the counter. We waited approximately 10 minutes or more after knocking on the door and attempting to get some form of customer service. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.
