So, this is my usual Little Caesar’s. Normally, it is good, but today my order went very wrong. My crazy bread was not properly cut in the prep phase, so it was a mess and stuck together, I added a pic of that. The classic cheese I ordered was over done and cold. The slices and sticks order I made was just a pepperoni pizza. No sticks with bacon. The workers were super friendly, and I did not check the pizzas before I left. I ordered 5 different pizzas. I get there and it was empty and took 10 minutes for them to take care of me because the workers were in the back. They gave me my order. Once I got home all were undercooked, all greasy, and disgusting.

Just got home from picking up an order only to realize that I was one pizza short and the pizza was burnt. I don’t understand how the employees would think that it’s okay to hand over this to a customer. I would have rather waited a little longer for another pizza than recieved the burnt pizza.

This is the closest little caesars to us and while the food is always fresh and delicious the service and atmosphere leaves much to be desired. Whenever we get there the order is never ready, there is never anyone at the cashier, and the whole place just looks greasy. Appalling Service and Major Operational Failures at Tinley Park, Illinois Location.
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my experience at your Tinley Park store on [12/26/25]. The gentleman working was incredibly rude, unpleasant, and unprofessional. I had placed and paid for an online order at 12ish PM for pickup at 6:00 PM. Upon arrival, I discovered my order was not ready. In fact, the store had no pizza available for any customers. Several other patrons were also waiting, some for over 45 minutes, for their own online orders. The employee failed to address any of us. When I attempted to get his attention by knocking on the door, he slammed it open, hitting the wall, and then slammed it shut in my face after refusing to acknowledge me. He did not come to the counter or offer any explanation to the waiting customers. I urge you to review your security footage to witness the chaos and the number of frustrated customers who were forced to leave empty-handed. This is not the first negative experience I’ve had at this location, and the consistent lack of quality service and management suggests this store should be shut down. I have already filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and sincerely hope action is taken to address these severe systemic issues.

Terrible place and terrible pizza!
We ordered 3 regular cheese pizzas and got uncooked ones. We bought them on our way home and live far from this location. We threw out the pizza, took pictures for proof and called+emailed to complain and get a refund. They refused over the phone unless we bring In the pizza and haven’t received any response back from anyone!

I don’t know what this was but it wasn’t pizza I understand if I ordered the extra most bestest but no just two hot and ready pepperoni… cheese was heavy and not even hot the pepperonis tasted uncooked completely and I don’t even understand how an onion landed on it

We placed an order online. When the pizzas arrived, they were no longer in a circular shape and the toppings were inside of the boxes and not on the pizzas. The delivery time was changed a couple of times.
We called the restaurant only to be told that the employee was only taking orders and that we were being transferred to the complaint line where we were left on hold and remained there until after our arrival at the restaurant where I then hung up.
The workers were ALL in the back, a few walked towards the front but didn’t come to the counter. We waited approximately 10 minutes or more after knocking on the door and attempting to get some form of customer service. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

Literally cant get any worse. Spent 20 minutes waiting for a pizza that was ready. My name wasnt displayed so my code didnt work. I didnt know it was ready and nobody bothered checking on the customer thats been waiting for 20 minutes. Someome finally comes out the kitchen high as a kite and hands me the pizza thats been ready 20 minutes ago. Manager needs to fire the whole team if they want to stay in business
