First of all the gentleman at the window could not hear me. He said that he thinks his headset is not working correctly because he said people have not been responding to him when he’s trying to take an order. Ok fine. I just want to be clear I am not mad at him. I repeated what I ordered when I got to the window and everything was right. He asked me to pull around and they will bring my food out because it wasn’t ready. He brought my food. When I got home I realized that I didn’t get my drink then I open my bag and my Mexican pizza had beans on it when I had asked for no beans, I ordered two large nacho fries and I got one small and one big. I tried to call several times and no answer. I never had an issue from this Taco Bell ever. I even tried to eat around the Mexican pizza because I was hungry but that was an epic fail because the beans were caked on there. They usually are on point, but this was not the best service and the order was not right. I just would like to get compensated back for my pizza, my drink, and for the large fries I did not receive, but I couldn’t get through by phone. I understand how busy it could get and I wouldn’t have mind waiting for it if it took time, but my order was wrong.

The tacos were a little bit more mushy than I liked even though I like them slightly mushy. The taste of the Doritos Locos were great as usual!! I love the self-ordering machines at this location!! The staff did great at fixing the order promptly when the machine sent a cash order to a different computer than the card order! I also loved the decor in this place, very inviting!!

welp. i ordered online and the service and quickness was amazing because all the food was hot EXCEPT my nachos bell grande. it was almost ice cold, chips undercooked, and i CANNOT have sour cream or tomatoes and i made that very clear in my order and there was STILL tomatoes and sour cream in my food. Won’t be ordering from here again.

It’s Taco Bell so you get what you get. Low cost fast food. It was really slow here so I do t know if they are short staffed or what, but you can tell in my quesadilla that they didn’t even attempt to make quality cuts, which is a pride in your work kind of thing, oh well. Is what it is. I’ll be back. I enjoy a sneak in of the bell.

I was hopeful that this place was making a change for the better because it was under new management. After this evening I realized that nothing could be further from the truth. I ordered the 12 taco pack; 6 crunchy, 6 soft. I asked for the lettuce to be put on the side. That’s the only thing they got right.
When I got home I noticed that one of the tortillas on the soft tacos was completely orange from grease. That’s when I went to inspect the rest of them. Every single one of them was full of grease… To make matters worse, I called the store in hopes of getting them remade and was told by the unprofessional and RUDE manager that, “it’s great food so I dunno what you was expecting. I can remake them but they still gonna be greasy because I made it myself. I mean, I dunno what you want me to do. “
And all of the times I have eaten there not once has the food EVER been greasy. I’m going to take what’s left over to management in the morning and hope and pray for more understanding because this is absolutely unacceptable!

Very horrible customer service period! Every time I order something from there the employees stand around and don’t acknowledge you while you’re standing there waiting on your food. I recently went in there and I ordered my food online through the app, and when I arrived to the store I was waiting for a good 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. My bag of food was just sitting there the whole time. It seems like every time I order there I’m always waiting. I even picked up a door dash order from there recently and had to wait a while for the order. Their customer service is terrible!

i don’t know the young ladies name in the drive thru so i can only describe her by being light skinned with braids; but she was individually asking pulled cars what we had and handled everything with such grace and it made me so compelled to write a review on her. she deserves a raise truly for how she handled everything tonight. FIVE STARS.

This location has an ai bot taking drive through orders. Had to repeat myself at least 3 times for every item. It’s a maddening experience – would not recommend.
