Purchased Doritos Locos Tacos meal. My tacos were nearly empty (see my photo of what I received compared to what is advertised on the restaurant’s window). We asked the manager to fix the issue and were told “you got one scoop (of meat) and one scoop is the correct amount.” In fairness, I was given another taco that was more in keeping with the advertised product (not 3 as was ordered). At every other restaurant, either chain or not, when I order a taco, I get a shell filled with meat and fixings. This Taco Bell is using a bait and switch scheme to short their customers. Shameful.

If you’re coming in person expect something to be wrong, but if you’re ordering online expect at least half your completely wrong. I usually really like Taco Bell they’re usually very consistent I’ve tried them up the entire East Coast and I’ve never had a Taco Bell that’s as bad as this one they will underserve you your meat and will straight up say it’s because they want to cut costs they also are excessively rude even when it’s their fault with why your order is wrong. This restaurant desperately needs an overhaul in staff

It’s been a few months, but last two times I went the hard shell taco recipe had been changed. The tortillas tasted like burnt cinnamon, and the meat had no seasoning anymore. Overall bland and disgusting. Not the standard Taco Bell taste we have grown to expect. Plus they get the order wrong often.

Absolute waste of time and money. I ordered a crunch wrap supreme and it had almost no meat at all. The soft taco I had on the side had more in one bite than my 6 dollar crunch wrap altogether.

Be careful with this one! Normally all Taco Bells are about the same but this one may be a bit sketchy. I ordered a number 9 which is a Mexican pizza and a couple of tacos. Tacos were great but there was something wrong on that pizza. It was so bad I couldn’t eat it. When I called the manager, just to let her know, she acted like I was lying. Bad food is one thing but a bad attitude is much worse.

Service with a terrible attitude. When you ask for anything and they tell you they are out of pretty much everything, it means they usually just don’t want to do their job. Seen places with employees like this before and have avoided places like this before.

Just awful. They have never gotten my order right, either leave something off completely or mess up items. Don’t bother trying to add sour cream or make something supreme, you’ll pay extra and not get what you paid for. Was really craving Taco Bell today so gave one more try and the food actually tasted gross and there was barely any filling in ANY of my items. I don’t know how they’re still open. Picture is of a Crunchwrap supreme. It’s laughable.

Had my food delivered by door dash and it was incomplete. Had a combo didn’t get my drink or my sauces with my order. This tells me people don’t read what is ordered. People pay for this and is out money when they don’t get all their food
