Chicken bites were rock solid but didn’t realize it until I got home. I posted pictures and videos. They forgot 2 tacos, the manager did make that right. They put everything on top of pizza so all toppings were stuck to top of box. The manager wanted to take the pizza back to “make it right” but I just dont trust that they wouldn’t of just taken top Tostada off and reused it, so we just kept it. Previous times the food has been good but this last time was enough for me never to go back again.

Ordered their new dipping Burritos. Wanted the garlic ranch sauce for them, didn’t get it. I don’t understand how you can forget the one thing the DIPPING Burritos are supposed to come with. And keep in mind, these burritos are TINY. Not worth it, and horrid customer service.

My son and I were visiting from out of state and the night was freezing. We wanted to get out for a quick bite and stopped for Taco Bell favorites. The associates were friendly and courteous; the service was fast and accurate; the restaurant was clean, welcoming and warm. It was a lovely experience! Thank you Taco Bell Pensacola!

We just picked up our online order at Dec 23 2024 at around 9:27pm and when we had received our order they place our mexican pizza on the bottom with the burritos on top of them, which squished them. They made our burritos tiny and gave us more rice then meat, gave us a bunch of sauces that we didnt order, cold fries, and seems like they are rushing even when taco bell closes at 1 am. We had to go back so they can correct our burrito.(The first pic of the burrito show what it supposed to be when they do it correctly)

False advertisement on the new Avocado Ranch Crispy Chicken Burrito. Was supposed to have tenders but got nuggets instead. And sloppily made with little to no sauce or cheese. Highly disappointed.

I started coming here last year due to the better service and the fact that their tacos didn’t fall apart immediately after opening (unlike the service and lack of quality at the one on Mobile Highway).
That is no longer the case. The service is now mediocre and their new volcano menu is a joke. “Double beef”? Does the picture look like double beef? You charged me almost $5 for this garbage.
Oh, and where the hell is the sauce? The last couple times I’ve come I’ve gotten some variation of no sauce, only mild, all fire and one mild, mostly mild with maybe 2 hot sauce, and more. All I want is hot and fire. Why ask me at the speaker and then put it on my receipt if I’m not going to get it? And then it’s MY responsibility to check if YOU did your job? All I want is a few packets of hot sauce and a few packets of fire. It. Is. Not. That. Hard.
Why must I, the customer, have to check on YOUR work? You should have your own QA in there. I shouldn’t have to check the bag at every damn fast food restaurant to make sure EVERYTHING I ordered is in there.
Ever wonder why CFA has a line out of the parking lot? Maybe every other restaurant should go find out.
Just another Taco Bell that I probably won’t visit. For the price I’m paying, I shouldn’t be responsible for your lack of sense and QA.
6/22/2025 update: $22.99 for 12 tacos (that’s $1.91/taco). They all looked like the pictures I uploaded. Maybe I had to pay for the 4 handful of sauces that I got? Plenty of sauce, pretty much no taco.
Hey Taco Bell – have you been to Del Taco lately? Tacos cost a little more than yours, but they’re filled to the brim (literally) with meat, lettuce, cheese. No joke. 1/3 of a block of cheese easily and meat to match. Take a hint.

Just got my food at 7:30pm today. I checked my cantina crunch taco and Gordita crunch taco they have me 3 pieces of chicken and small amount of meat in each taco, I ordered 2 of them. I’m highly disappointed with the portions that they give you. It wasn’t even packed tonight. I’ll just stick to Davis hwy location.

got a free happier hour freeze for my birthday but waited like 15 minutes and then the girl just put the drink in the enclosed case for me to look at for another 5 minutes before I asked someone else about it as the girl that made it never even bothered mentioning it was up for the person standing directly in front of the pickup case. then the other girl I asked about it made another one as the one the first girl made was like an 8 oz and it was supposed to be a 20 oz..

Yes I really miss you guys and yes we have a talk about here in Arizona Holbrook one of these days I like to try the pack with all the tacos in it or burritos you know I love Taco Bell you know it’s always been my favorite now that I got roof over my head and on the homeless anymore and I was banned from the mall at the Cordova Mall in I’m not going to forgive them not even the securities in there there are mean as heck well I’m glad I’m not there anymore but I know it’s cold here in Arizona Holbrook all this week is going to be in the twenties it’s absolutely freezing here but I do have a heater here going to turn that on now cuz it is definitely freezing here

Literally the most inconsistent location. I ordered a cheese quesadilla and a number 1. I opened my food within 2 minutes of getting it. My tacos were soggy at the bottom and the shells were completely smashed at the top. It was a mess. The quesadilla barely had any cheese in it but boy did it have a HEAP of sauce right in the middle (no cheese there). Just lazy employees. Food costs too dang much to be playing like that.
