5 Guys had a BOGO burger sale. Big mistake on my part to order food on this day. I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes and did not get my food. Then I had to wait 30 more minutes on the phone to put in for a refund. I might get 5 guys again but I will never go back to this location.

Honestly, you cant get a better burger than five guys in by opinion, the burgers are amazing and the service and atmosphere are really good, also when you get frys your getting more than what you paid for, definitely would come here again.

Good quality cooking but the order making was sort of disorganized since they forgot about my milkshake. Tables and floor were pretty dirty too and the place was so slow at the time. The staff should be more attentive when there is not much more to do than clean.

We are at Five Guys last night. There were four gentlemen working, talking amongst themselves very loudly. Our burgers were overcooked, the buns were not fresh and the French fries were on the dark side. For the price we were very disappointed. We have ate at Five Guys in the past (not at this location) and have always had good food and good service. I don’t think we will be going back to this location again. $38 for two burgers and fries which were not good.
