Where do I begin…..the taco hard shells were rancid. It smelled like rancid oil. Unable to eat 3 tacos due to shells. Ordered 2 bean burrito’s with extra onion. 1 was a plain burrito and the other had cheese on it, neither had onions. Missing 1 of the soft taco supreme’s that was ordered. Attempted to call however phone just rings and rings. The young lady at the drive thru window was very nice and professional.

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered online, clearly, so there’s no excuse for getting it wrong. I get there and I’m already missing a taco, my nacho & cheese dip (ordered no beans, no pico de gallo), and my mild sauce.
I get home, open the bag, and it’s a complete mess — my food was upside down, dripping all over the bag, completely inedible. On top of that, it had pico de gallo anyway, and the chips were stale.
The workers were more worried about standing around up front on their phones than actually doing their jobs, and they looked annoyed that I even showed up and interrupted their little hangout.
Wasted money, wasted time, and zero effort put into customer service. Won’t be back.

We waited 30 minutes just to get food and I swear it’s only at night time when the service is horrible btw. When we order the 5 dollar box’s they didn’t even add the chips in the box and when we added extra stuff on our core they didn’t even add it. They were nice and everything but do a horrible job at what they are supposed to do.

Food was good, place was clean, bathroom was clean. Service was extremely slow and they weren’t busy. Too much yackety yack back and forth not enough working with purpose and intention. Customers should always be acknowledged even when their food has been ordered from a kiosk. A simple, “Your order will be up soon“ Or, “Working on your order”, “Be with you in a moment” . Anything to let someone know that you know they are there and waiting. Also, employees on break should not hang out by front doors with other employees and friends. Customers do not want to walk through a group of people semi blocking the entrance. It doesn’t look good.

The cleanest restrooms and lobby in town… friendly staff. Chris and Tameka were so kind to us. I didn’t know how to work the kiosk and they showed me. Great job!

Where do I start. They refuse to take your order in drive through. They want you to come in and use the kiosk. The elderly doesn’t know how to use it. They refuse to help you. I went one night and tried to order I was told that they didn’t have any beef, no fries you might as well say nothing. I went another time, the food made me so sick I haven’t been back since.

The absolute worst Taco Bell I’ve had the displeasure of getting food (if you want to call that food, that is) at. Cold “food” , always out of things, employees with nasty attitudes.. the list goes on. It would be of great benefit to Taco Bell to replace the whole crew ASAP and start with the manager!

Wgat happened to the GM that dusted during the hurricane Idalia? He seemed to turn this place immediately. It’s just sad now. When you walk in and see who is working, you will know how your visit will go. Corporate should send in a secret shopper one day and they will understand quickly.

Horrible Taco Bell, took over 20 minutes to get a chicken qusadilla. Staff manager was rude. Place was dirty. And they get mad and offer people refund to get out of their negligence.
