It took 33 minutes for me to get a normal simple combo on there menu was absolutely insane.. there was only 2 people infront of me also a normal size order and Maybe 3 people thru drive thru in that time was worst “fast” food I have ever gotten anywhere in the world. Not being dramatic I truely checked my phone exsactly .

I live right next to the LPGA Boulevard Taco Bell I have been there two different times during the day and they told me the fryers were not working and then again I went there tonight. The fryers were not working. No worries, I ended up calling up to the Williamson Taco Bell to see if there was working. They were the only Taco Bell that answered the phone I had called about five others. They didn’t inform me that they were filtering their fryer, but that they would make me fresh fries in about 20 to 30 minutes and that they would be happy to help I drove over. It was only about an eight minute drive since I’m so close to the other one, but as soon as I got there, they were able to drop the fries and I have fresh delicious fries and my chicken taco. They were super helpful and again, not only made sure that I got what I wanted, but they were the only ones to answer the phone 10 out of 10 Taco Bell What Taco Bell should be

Stopped by this location today for a quick snack. Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru. However, the employee informed us they were very short staffed and apologized many times. They were super nice about everything and once we got our food it was delicious! They wait was not ideal but was also far beyond their control. I wanted to recognize that with a Five-star review as honesty and communication go a long way!

When I went to this Taco bell…. The burrito I was served was horrible. It wasn’t folded right and it was leaking out before I could even open the wrapper it made a mess of me and my car so I went back in and I asked for management….. I was greeted by a girl named Marissa….. She claimed she was the manager…… I asked her where her name tag was and she got really cocky with me…… I asked her for a refund and she refused…… I left the burrito on the counter and I left the store….. It was completely filthy there was food all over the floor….. The trays were all dirty…… It was just disgusting…… I won’t go back and I don’t recommend this location to anyone…… Just look at the picture that I’m attaching….. Look at the trays…… And look at the kitchen floor…… They only started sweeping it after I told Marissa that the place was a disgrace…. I’ll never go back there and they can keep their lousy $2

This Taco Bell should be shut down! Absolutely filthy dirty mold on the walls! Floors look like they haven’t seen a mop in months! Soda fountain is filthy. Table tops were all nasty and dirty! Front counter was nasty and kitchen floor is nasty! Employees don’t care and the owner should be ashamed to even have this store open! I won’t be going back.

I went in around 3:30 and I came in and it took me about 20 minutes for someone to take my order and after they took my order the manager “Michelle” was very rude to me. She was speaking in a different language obviously speaking about me after regarding the wait. Worst Taco Bell experience.
