I ordered my daughter a bowl from chipotle. I ordered a tortilla inside of the bowl nowhere on the menu. Does it list that they charge you 50 Cent for a side tortilla so I asked the manager so please explain why I’m being charged. Additionally, I stated very clear that I don’t mind paying the $.50. I just wanna understand why that charge is being charged. She rolled her eyes talked in Spanish to the cashier and then said it’s just 50 Cent and that’s not the point and I said the point is everything on your menu has a price everything that you charge people for is listed above and I show her everything that is listed and I’m explaining to her you can’t just charge people whatever you want and don’t explain why we’re being charged and if I would’ve known that I was being charged for a side tortilla I would’ve questioned the Y because they didn’t mention that when I said hey, can I get a bowl with a tortilla inside of the bowl? If I order a burrito am I gonna be charged 50 Cent extra for a burrito so I’m just confused on why I was being charged for something that I got put in the bowl. I didn’t order it on the side. It was inside of the bowl. I can understand if I ordered a extra tortilla, but I did not and again that’s still not listed as a price this was very. Unprofessional

They constantly have a line for pickup orders, but the cashier and the girl packing never help the staff working the main line. It’s frustrating to see customers asking for help while they barely look up, making no eye contact with customers or their online order partner. There were five people waiting in total, and they didn’t make any effort to speed up the service.

I don’t typically complain about places just for the sake of it, but my experience today was frustrating enough to bring it up. I visited with a friend, and we both ordered the same meal—a chicken quesadilla with sides. Not only is the food already overpriced, but the portioning was beyond disappointing. My friend got her order first and everything was fine with hers, but when I received mine, the chicken was missing from the quesadilla. The moment I sat down to eat, I noticed that most of the chicken was just scattered on the tray, not inside the quesadilla like it should’ve been. It seemed like the quesadilla had just been quickly reheated.I went to let the manager know and showed her and instead of offering a solution or understanding, she immediately got defensive. She claimed, “All quesadillas get cut in half, so the chicken always falls out.” There are witnesses that can testify to those exact words being the first thing she said. I pointed out that my friend’s order didn’t have that issue, but she just turned away from me and instructed them to remake mine. Having worked in food service myself, I understand things happen, but I always try to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism. The manager’s attitude was rude and dismissive, and I feel that how she represents this company could definitely be improved. Not only was my experience disappointing, but her behavior really gave a bad impression of the business.

Probably the worst chipotle I’ve ordered from. There’s no point ordering online when they never have the food ready. It takes 10x as long as ordering in store. They also randomly run out of ingredients and don’t report it on the app, so we showed up to find out they were out of steak and there’s no way to refund the difference. Employees are generally unhelpful and the mobile ordering employee is tucked behind a corner so you can’t get their attention to give them the name for your order. We’ve chosen to find any other chipotle to order from.

The food at this Chipotle Mexican Grill location is decent, and the staff are generally okay—not rude, but not particularly friendly either. However, the prices here are noticeably higher compared to other Chipotle locations. I paid over $17 for a bowl with just rice, beans, chicken, corn, salad, and a small drink, which is quite steep. On top of that, the chicken was a bit burnt and dry, and the chipotle flavor was watered down—not the usual bold taste I expect.
I hope the management takes the time to read and consider customer feedback because this place has potential, but the pricing and food quality definitely need some attention.

Ordering should be simple. You say what you want, and they put it in the bowl. However, before you can say you want less of something or skip an item altogether, the person has already added a portion and moved on, looking you dead in the eye. You have a few seconds to accept this reality and eat what you’re given.

It blows my mind how bad this chipotle is. It’s straight up dirty inside, tables and chairs always have food on them. The employees act like they’re doing you a favor being there the increasingly high prices are not matching up with the decrease in quality. All of the other food places in this strip are clean and friendly, even the McDonald’s down the street has friendlier and more helpful employees. Very confused how chipotle has let this branch operate like this for so long

I wish I could put less than one star. I went into the chipotle and ordered three soft tacos everything was fine. They put everything in the bag when I got into my car and opened my tacos. There was an entire, a whole fly, crawling out my taco. I couldn’t believe my eyes because I was already eating one of the tacos and a fat fly came crawling out the other taco that was sitting here I was baffled, behooved, I don’t think I’ll ever be able to go back to this location, but the chips were good.
