Idk her name (black woman) but when I come and she’s there…she’s always super super nice, she’s keeping orders moving… respectful to customers and employees…
Today though… I’m dissatisfied and disappointed that I waited 30 mins (which is no problem bc I chose to order through the app (hoped it would be quicker than the drive-thru but anyway)) for my mobile order only to get a soggy …beyond wet taco (2).
Like someone spilled water on them or something.

Ordered my food in the drive through area with a sweet lady not knowing I was gonna get stabbed in the back by her coworkers. Not only did they scam me out of 3 dollars for the nacho cheese I didn’t receive but they couldn’t even take off the one thing I specifically wanted off, some freakin lettuce.

My mom went to grab our food from here this evening and she said one of the female employees was extremely rude to her and slammed the food on the counter and then my mom asked about the other order and was told to “WAIT!” …. then someone else walked her bag over to the pick up counter and my mom asked if she could grab it and go and the same female employee snapped at her and said “UM NO! YOU CAN WAIT TIL I COME HAND IT TO YOU!” like that is unbelievably unprofessional and rude! Luckily my mom is one of the kindest people and didn’t take too much offense but if you act like that to others, you are gonna get what you deserve. Idk how these types of employees keep getting complained on but yet they are still working there?!! Can’t be THAT desperate. Also, the food SUUUUUUCKED tonight. Whoever they got working there tonight needs to be trained better. It’s Taco Bell, not La Catrina or Mr. Gordo’s, but we expect better service and our food to be fresh and made right at least!!! It doesn’t hurt to be kind either.

Should have looked at the reviews before going here. Who ever is making the food needs to be fired. The whole meal was a train wreck. I specifically asked for fresh chalupas and mine were hard as a rock. The lettuce in my wife’s crunch wrap and tacos was brown, along with not the correct amount of meat in the crunch wrap( two scoops in an x shape is what it’s supposed to be)… The chips taste like cleaning chemicals and the cheese looks like it was dried up and burned crud from the bottom of the bag. Bean burritos were sloppy spilling out everywhere. I would have taken pictures before I trashed it. I dwelled on it and took to writing to help the next person that goes there.
Management needs to step it up and make sure their employees are giving out a good product and not this crap! This was unacceptable. Which reminds me, I need to call corporate to see if they can send a secret shopper to that store.

I don’t need a long write up, pics show how terrible the food is. Taco isn’t even close to being somewhat filled. Chicken inside the burrito was disgusting. It was hard and dry. I picked up the food and gave it to my kid in the car bc it was late and storming out so this isn’t bc the food “settled” from the drive home. This is how they serve food out of the kitchen. They weren’t super busy either. One person before me and two people in drive thru.
I travel a lot and, unfortunately, bc of that, I eat out a lot. More than I’d like. And rarely do I leave a bad review on food bc I get it. So you have to be just TERRIBLE for me to want to take the time to put you on blast for how crappy your food is. I am a mom of a young child and we are always on the go. I do not have time for crap like this… but I’ll make time today.
Zero stars if it would let me but bc I have to hit at least one star, I’ll give them the one but this is a, 1000%, zero star establishment.

OMG best experience ever! I pulled into the drive thru and saw the long line and almost bailed but the line moved and so I stayed and I’m so glad I did! The person taking orders was quick, efficient and polite! She was so good at her job! The food was ready when I pulled up to the window! It was the most crisp Dr Pepper I’ve had in a long time! I order the classic luxe box! Which is a 5 layer burrito, a hard taco, cinnatwists and a soda. It came to $6.41! When was the last time you ate out for less than $10! My food was hot and perfect and hit the spot! I will be back soon!

I will never go back to this Taco Bell again. The soft tacos were wrapped horribly. The taco wrap paper is inside each taco and half the tacos were balled up in the bag like they were going to throw them away like paper. It was the most disgusting thing ever. I had to wait forever when I finally got to to window to pay and get my food, they had me wait at the back window for while before they would let me move up like they didn’t want me to see they way they were handling the food. It was the worst experience I have ever had a taco bell. Ordered 12 soft tacos, they only gave me 11.

Too busy with serving Drive thru for lunch to serve eat in customers. Need more staff, nobody at the registers. I turn around and walk out as do other customers. Kiosk hard to navigate for custom order even the staff had difficulty entering my custom order into the Kiosk. I have, on occasion, been asked if I wanted extra meat and paid extra for it. Food is ok but find it has some flaws like broken taco shells. I’m a senior and if I don’t ask for a senior discount, I won’t get one. Apparently, there no way to get a senior discount using the Kiosk.

Wow, just wow, I had a guy call me a liar for them not putting my items in the bag went in to get disrespected. When I was right, two other employees jumped in to save the altercation with the male working in the store. Then, he gave me a bag with supposed missing items they had still were missing items. Absolutely abysmal customer service.
