I tried this restaurant while visiting a friend. I ordered spring rolls, beef & shrimp fried rice, and crab fried rice. The food was awesome! I wouldn’t order the crab fried rice again because it’s made with imitation crab meat. However, I will definitely be back!

I moved to Waldorf in 2021. This was one of the first Chinese restaurants I ordered from when I got here and it wasn’t good so I never came back. I took a chance today because I was hungry and they are right around the corner from my house. I could tell nothing has changed. Not only did I have to wait a few extra minutes for the food to get done, which I didn’t mind because I figured it would be hot. But it wasn’t! It was as if it had been sitting in the bowl for some time. I ordered Hunan Shrimp and literally had more hunan than I did shrimp!!! 4 pieces in the entire bowl!!!! It was horrible. The service was great though but this time I really wont be back!

TERRIBLE!!! Every-time I get fried rice and chicken they always never make it right. Today I got the same order and the rice was so hard I couldn’t eat it. I took it back inside because I was still in the parking lot and the lady at the front literally started arguing with me like it’s my fault the rice is not done well. She even threw the money at me and didn’t even give me back my full amount. I have been giving them the benefit of the doubt but this will definitely be my last time going to this place.

I ordered online and picked up my order. It was a swoosh experience and had friendly service. I got Combination lo mein, fried rice, 4 wings & fries + egg rolls. From my experience the Chinese food slightly above avg when you compare it to DMV area carry outs. The wings & mumbo sauce was a miss but typically the case unless you get it from DC so I didn’t fault this place on that

The steps taken to ensure food safety and distribution is above and beyond. Impressive to say the least. Food quality is great. Customer service is on par. The one thing that keeps this place from becoming 5 star is that you don’t always get what you order. It can be really inconvenient to have to get back in your vehicle for another trip to get what you ordered. Example: you order beef broccoli, you may get chicken broccoli or you order fried rice and may get white rice. Just a few examples but trust me it goes far beyond these examples. If you’re the type to check your bag before leaving the restaurant then i highly recommend this place. But if you’re a in & out always rushing like myself…then either stay away or be prepared to take a second trip.

Is this place under new mgmt? I hadn’t ordered from there in about a year and a half, ordered veg lo mein and the noodles were dry and had no flavor, but there were massive chunks of veg, which just didn’t seem like they had been cooked enough. The cheesesteak rolls were horrible. I honestly used to order about once a week. But wow..Will not be doing that again.

I have been ordering from this place for 3 years and recently experienced the WORST customer service I have ever received. I called for delivery for orange chicken, shrimp and broccoli, 3 wings and rice, and 2 eggs rolls. Once the order was delivered and I went to check my food I had chicken and broccoli instead of shrimp and broccoli. I immediately called and was totally disrespected by the woman who took my order. She rudely stated I did not order shrimp and broccoli and I need to speak clearly. She then said the food will be replaced but it will be 45 minutes because they are busy and immediately hung up on me. I then went to eat my egg roll and noticed those were missing too. Instead of calling back I went to the restaurant where I was then discriminated against and called a liar. The woman who works there said I was lying I’m because the egg rolls were in the bag. I told her I had no reason to lie because I spend lots of money there. She continue to be disrespectful then told me I could take my money to another restaurant. I simply asked for an apology for their mistake and she yelled at me saying no you made the mistake. I then walked out and I will NEVER eat there again. They are the rudest most non customer service people I have ever met! DONT spend your money here they don’t know how to treat people. They couldn’t even nicely accommodate a loyal customer.

You can expect consistently good food when placing your orders here. Wait time for pick-up is swift, usually no more than 10-15 minutes. Delivery on the average day is fairly fast as well. Staff is courteous. It’s the only Chinese restaurant that I can order from in my area and know that my food will be good, include decent portion sizes and not over/undercooked. I do recommend this restaurant to everyone.

DON’T EVER ORDER FROM HERE- I’m new to the area. I was looking for a good Chinese restaurant. I found this location and decided to give it a try. Placed my order over the phone for delivery. I was told that it would take 55 minutes which is not exactly fast service but I decided to wait. An hour passed and I called back about my order and was told by a rude woman that they called my number “many times” and I didn’t answer. However, she didn’t ask for my number before (I guess they used caller ID) and was calling the WRONG number the entire time. I asked her how long it would be until the order would be brought back and she rudely said, 30 minutes! I told her that I was not happy about that and she did not apologize for HER MISTAKE. Rudely, she asked if I wanted to cancel or keep the order. I told her I was canceling. I do not recommend ordering from this place. They do not value their customers.
