Definitely not worth $14 for two chalupas, one hard taco, and a Pepsi. The amount of chicken and beef they use is about what you’d find on a White Castle burger. They can at least add nore lettuce.

We’ve stopped at this location twice coming home from Jacksonville and both times received excellent service far exceeding expectations. Restaurant was clean and updated. (Today they were decorating for the holidays.) Our tacos were hot, fresh and not at all stale!
Thank you to everyone at this location! Being next to an interstate guarantees customers and we are usually wary of establishments that don’t need to rely on returning customers. We will make this our go to spot every time we pass through.

I went through the drive-through and they gave us the wrong order and when I went back up there, I believe the kids name is Julius or Julian, He was amazing. He wrote down the order. He didn’t question me to death, even though I didn’t have my receipt with me.. Other team members supported and helped him and me make sure the order was done, right. Julian, if that’s his name, went above and beyond and was such a joy to deal with. This was at the Macclenny Location. They all did amazing and Julian deserves a raise and recognition. I’m very appreciative of him and the rest of the crew on Night Shift on Friday night February 6, 2026 at 9:30 PM.

Got 3 chicken flatbread melts, and 2 chicken enchiladas and a order of LARGE nacho fries.. I got everything but no sauce at all and I added it to the order. They also played in my face with my nacho fries, the fry pod wasn’t even filled half way up and I’ll include a photo. All things aside the food is always amazing and I’m sure they might have been busy or something but still I’m upset cause im going to have to eat all this with no sauce. Smh.

Been here a couple of times, food has been okay. Tonight, I placed a mobile order at 7 PM for the drive thru. Got in line at 7:20 PM. Didn’t get to the speaker until 8ish. I had to leave the line second from the window without ever receiving my order at 8:50 PM. I should NEVER have to wait this long in the drive thru without a single notice from an employee about any issues. Not to mention countless other vehicles that were here before me that left while waiting in line. And those behind me that left before I did without getting or placing orders. Ridiculous.

Waited in the drive through for 30 minutes. when we finally got to the window the employee asked us “um what’s fresco?”

I’ve been here twice in two weeks. I haven’t had not one mess-up in my order. I am grateful for the options they have. The only thing that’s not a big deal is the Ice Coffee I keep ordering online. I hope to one day get to try the coffee here whenever the machine is fixed. I am not taking a star away just cause you don’t have coffee for me. I am happy to say my Power bowls have always been great when I drive-thru with an online order. Also thank you for being so nice to me at the drive-thru window! Thank ya’ll for taking care of me with my Keto/Low carb lifestyle. Below is both my meals for the two times I’ve been here today and last week. Yum-yum!

I ordered initially a 5 layer burrito with no cheese then I realized it had sour cream and changed my order to cheesy double beef burrito with no cheese! I am violently lactose intolerant and I get my order and its a 5 layer burrito I bite into SOUR CREAM and CHEESE!!! And immediately have to pull over and spit it out!!! The second burrito the same !!!!! I not only didn’t get what I ordered but they don’t mind paying with people’s lives apparently and just give you what ever they want how they want to make it….emergency run to CVS for lactose pills as I was already getting very sick!!!! And they won’t even answer the phone…if you want to take your life in your own hands go there because they don’t care who they hurt!!! Sad part is was passing through and got back on i10…. they will hear from me!!! District manager, corporate someone…here shows it was supposed to be a beefy cheesy burrito with no cheese !! It was filled with it
