Does not properly make burritos. Basoc just puts a spoon full of filling . Uneven and empty tortilla. Avoid this taco bell. Four different burritos all paper thin.

How is this place even open? The employees are lazy, stare at you when you ask for an order, stare at you when you go to pick up your order, lay around in the seats, The food is terrible. We got tacos, and there was less than a spoonful of meat in them. They were basically empty shells. Taco Bell, please fire these employees and when you hire new ones, please train them. Our kids are very young and they even they said they hated this place and never want to come back.

Decent experience. Food is ok. To me Del is better. Atmosphere? Def not Mexican background music, more like a flute concert. Check your table to make sure it’s wiped down. Service is questionable. My issue is with placing the order. They have the kiosk and that was a pain so I switched to the lady at front counter. She was lots quicker and efficient for me. They are located in my stomping grounds and I absolutely love the Brisk Mango Fiesta drink.

I dont know why I keep coming to this taco bell when the service is really bad, they mess up orders and today was no exception!! I ordered a crunchy wrap but they gave me a wrap half the size those usually are. I used the drive thru at around 6:30pm … not the first time!!!

Came to the drive thru tonight at 10 and was told “I’ll get to u when I get to u” after waiting 20 minutes in line. #11 and a cantina quesadilla. They rounded my change up for a donation without asking me, gave me a regular quesadilla but charged me for the more expensive quesadilla, and the guy slammed my sauce into my bag. I also just noticed my #11 is made wrong as well…

Ordered 3 chicken chipotle burritos with jalapeño, but got plain lettuce and chicken instead. No chipotle sauce, no tomato, no jalapeño. And surprise! Salsa and sauces are extra, but nobody mentioned it until pickup. To top it off, the chicken smelled a bit off . Definitely won’t be back and would advise others to steer clear ♀️.

If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would. We waited in a long line to order food, only to find out from an employee that he was only doing door dash orders. There was no signage or anything to let the customers know of this inconvenience. The reasoning for this decision was because the worker in the drive-thru hadn’t taken a break and no one else on the shift knew how to work the system. When I asked of a solution to this matter, I was encouraged to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes. This young man, “John”, was very rude and dismissive. Perhaps they need more employees that are properly trained…

I pulled up to this establishment hungry expecting a good burrito before I ended my night. As I was at the drive thru giving my order and a guy came over the intercom rude as ever the remaining time my order was being placed. I get my food and get home, open the first burrito and it’s a bowl of sour cream wrapped in tortilla and hell of beans. I’m highly upset and disappointed with my food and service!!!!

The whole staff is absolutely terrible and disrespectful! No body does their job correctly. In the span of 3 weeks I ordered 10times from this same location and same time and every order I’ve had was either incorrect, Cold, missing, or crushed. And I called and got disrespected!
