I had an excellent experience at this Taco Bell! The store was spotless and very well maintained, which immediately stood out. The staff was incredibly helpful and polite, making the whole visit pleasant from start to finish. My food was made quickly and accurately, and everything tasted fresh. I also want to give special recognition to the store manager, who was extremely polite and professional—it’s clear they take pride in running a great location. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I’ve enjoyed Taco Bell for a long, long time.
Their convenience and menu variety is always tasty and interesting. Never sure whether to get the Fire or Diablo sauce, but the variety is always welcome. Seems like everyone is using an APP now to buy fast food, so it’s always odd to do a walk-in, sit-down order bc it seems Drive-thru rules the staff. I guess that’s why there’s only one or two registers and few or no people.
UPDATE: Holy Cow what a weird experience in Moultire, GA tonight! Some dude was honking at me in the drive thru! Such a screwed up situation there. THEN, For some non-cognizable reason, Mr. Honker was “waiting a long time.” Maybe he was waiting an extra 45 seconds in the drive-thru line? So then I’m told, “I have to take his order, he’s been waiting a long time… so could you back up behind the yellow post?” Honestly nutso-weird. 9/13/25 at about 9:45pm.
THEN…. I ask for 2 boxes, pay $15+ and don’t get half of one box and the wrong second box. I realize this is fast food, but TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE TO GET THE ORDERS CORRECT, and STOP MAKING LOSER-LIMP BROKEN TACOS WITH ALMOST NOTHING IN THEM!!
Now they have us doing our own orders which is not as fun as speaking them; and soon we’ll be operating their cash registers, but oh (lol) do they still accept cash.
TIP: Please make sure that when someone gets a $0,60 up-charge for guacamole that you provide more than a cracker-worth in the tiny container!!
Quality, cleanliness and accuracy of an order means everything. Train on that.

Absolutely loved Julia, she took my order on the intercom and I did not have to repeat myself once, she got every single detail right. Food was handed to me hot and fresh with no mistake orders. Absolutely loved my drive- thru experience.

We order 5 different items and all of them had the absolute smallest amount of meat, cheese, etc you could possibly put in them and still identify what they were supposed to be. The consistency of all 5 items being like that says to me that it wasn’t an accident, but intentionally skimping customers to save a buck. I was in a hurry and wasn’t able to return to address it, but I won’t be going back to this Taco Bell anytime soon. The good service and decent condition of the restaurant are the only reason this review isn’t a 1.

Burritos came out horrific and cold, they wouldn’t let us order soda or anything but burritos or tacos and the tea tasted spoiled. I let customer service know on January 4th and they have done absolutely nothing about it.

Wife and sister in law just stopped in to grab dinner for the family, cinnamon twists tasted like they were fried in two month old oil, seriously so disgusting they’re not even edible, sister in law got a crunch wrap supreme that had absolutely no crunch it was soggy. First time ever getting food from this taco bell but it made it the last time that I’ll ever eat taco bell again

Cynthia and staff were very rude. Very nasty attitudes. I waiting for 20 minutes in line and never got acknowledged. They didn’t have gloves on and was talking horrible about customers to each other. I will never go back to Moultrie GA Taco Bell. They need better staff in there or they are going to lose a lot of customers.

i’ve always loved the food from taco bell and have enjoyed every trip there but i also dread the trip since i know more often than not the food just isn’t up to par and isn’t consistent, last time i had a quesadilla only half actually had chicken and cheese in it, that’s just wild.

So the picture that I’ve posted was of some nacho cheese fries from the Moultrie Ga location. I ordered 3 of them. Believe it or not but when I pulled them out of the bag, this is how they were given to me. Remind you that I hadn’t eaten from them yet despite it looking like it.
When I called the store to let them know, no one answered the phone. Eventually I called the corporate office hoping to get a call back and again no one reached back out to me so now I have to come to the Internet with this picture to let it be known my experience.
