So service was ok but real quick, I came here because a couple weeks ago I had a phenomenal chicken sandwich. It was juicy and just the right crispiness. But this time it was rubbery like the last review said. And lukewarm to add to it. The biscuit was also obviously old and tough. I don’t have a lot of money to spend and I’m really upset that I spent my money on this but I’m going to eat it anyways because I’m hungry. But I thought I’d just drop a line.

Love that chicken from popeyes. I was lucky enough to try that chicken sandwich before they ran out. It was slamming. It was delectable. It was great. It was way better than that other chicken sandwich chain offers. Popeyes is the truth. The food was served Louisiana fast. The surf and turf was the bomb as well. The prices are great. The staff was super friendly.

Lesson learned: Do NOT ever go to this Location. I hate leaving 1 star reviews, but this is unacceptable. This was over $10.00. Over $10.00 for this?! The service was rude, I was yelled at by the people in the drive thru.

This is beyond appalling. I genuinely do not know how this location is still in business.

I’m sorry I couldn’t let my old review stand. They were fantastic at one point but something went wrong!?!?
First of all they shrunk the chicken pieces they are very miniscule now but still charging the inflated price if you don’t believe me I am going to insert a photo to show proof I ordered from Popeyes on 8/1/2024
I guess they don’t sell chicken anymore baby serving pigeon!
I put my spoon on the plate for comparison to the drumstick The wing is almost bigger than the drumstick!

The food was good but not Popeyes expectations good. Felt quite blandish and no seasonings at all. When we got our food it also wasnt a fresh hot, still an ok edible heat though. Definetly wont get their chicken again. The service was bad, the cashier seemed knew cause he looked for help after every item. Also everyone was loud and made it more uncomfortable. Love Popeyes and usually their kitchens are loud but still with a welcoming feeling though. Id only go back if it was a last resort.

This is the last chance that I’ll give THIS Popeyes. Orders are seldom right. They finally got their speed up but some try to finish your order before you finish speaking it. The pic I’ve added shows the chicken I got at 11am. I won’t totally give up on Popeyes…just this one. UPDATE: Popeyes doesn’t fail to disappoint me. Thought I’d give this one another try…shouldn’t have. They re-frying the chicken. Ordered ghost pepper chicken and beans with rice. Chicken re-fried and rice barely cooked with half teaspoon of beans. I guess I should be glad that chicken was at least hot.

I went to the Popeyes on Broad today for lunch around 12:15pm. They were out of Mac and that was ok. However, I was still charged. Then, I get home with a 2 can dine meal with 4 pieces of chicken. Two can dine comes with 5 pieces of chicken. It was 3 mistakes made today, but that won’t stop me from eating at this Popeyes, because the chicken is always fresh & hot. But don’t think that you can get away with overcharging the customers and not preparing the tickets the correct way. That part! Otherwise, we thank you for being there to serve us, but always strive for excellent customer service.

I Uber eats an order from this location and there were zero issues. It was pretty timely and still hot when I received it. These were the new sweet heat wings and it’s a definite two thumbs up. Not too saucy and not too spicy. I also ordered a strawberry biscuit which was pretty yummy as well. They were out of both kinds of ranch so I was really bummed about dice it would’ve taken the dish yo a different level but overall very good!
