This place is a joke. In less than one week, I have came to this location between the time of 12:15 a.m. and 1:00 a.m. which they close as advertised here on Google. The workers here are lazy and will tell you every night that their system is down. Usually when I get food from here the food is decent but someone needs to pay close attention to who they have running their business. They’re losing money and creating a terrible name at the same time. Either Seems to be pretty typical with the workforce nowadays. Everyone wants to get paid but no one wants to work for it! Either get it together or close the store at an earlier time. This is a terrible representation of the franchise name Taco Bell! I’ve included photos with my review that are time dated and stamped for reference. The next time I come I’m going to video record them coming over the microphone with a Time, date and stamp and it will be posted as well! You’re better off to go to waffle House or McDonald’s than this half ass joint!

Freezing cold in dining area. 15 min after ordering from kiosk we finally get food. My mom got a meal that was supposed to come in a box but didn’t. I got a 5$ cheesy gordita crunch and 3 tacos no lettuce. A 20$ meal. The pictures will show what I got. You be the judge. I ate all 4 of my tacos and was still hungry…

1st visit driving through off of the highway and the food was good and they would’ve gotten 5 stars but the cashier at the drive thru was not very professional. If she said “is that it” one more time as my husband was ordering whew. Just slow down let folks order and then you will know “that’s it or that’s all”. Not sure if it would’ve been easier for her if we just rambled off everything to order without pause

Everyone working was really friendly and nice. Service was slow for some reason, but once they got it under control our food came out fine. I think they just need to train some of the employees a little better based on some of the conversations I heard them having. The restaurant was clean and nice looking though.

Probably the best TB I’ve been to that I can remember! The portions were huge. Much better than ours at home. I got a bean burrito and pintos & cheese. The burrito was stuffed full of beans, onions, & cheese, and the pintos & cheese had so much cheese it was like eating spaghetti!
Hubby had a chicken chalupa supreme, cheesy fiesta potatoes, & cinnabon bites. His chalupa was so stuffed that it made a giant mess with cheese and lettuce all over the place, oh and sour cream. The cheesy potatoes had a generous portion (hubby’s wording) of sour cream, too, compared to what we’re used to. He made a big mess.
We didn’t wait long for them to fill our order, but the odd thing was the person behind us got their order before us…?
Leon, the manager, waited on us and was very friendly. We were greeted within seconds of walking in the door, but not hounded to order immediately. We didn’t feel pressured one bit. The kiosks were behind us, but we didn’t use them. All of the staff was friendly. Leon even came over to our table to check on us after we sat down and asked if we got all of our food.
The bathrooms were clean. The men’s room was as clean as you would expect (you know, pee dribbles). The women’s room was very clean. Neither had paper towels or toilet paper on the floor, or nasty floors, etc.
The menu was clearly marked for vegetarian options, but you can always ask for custom made items, like exchange meat for beans in a taco or something. I really appreciate that!
The only downside was… No spoons They only had forks & knives (not even a spork)!

I came in around 10am. The black guy in the back looked at me after I caught him sneakingly eating the product. I thought he would get someone to take my order but instead kept looking at me not saying a word. I stood there waiting for 5 to 10 mins. Finally another employee came from the restroom, did not great me properly and proceeded to go to the back. I continued to wait and still no one came so I left! Very disappointed!

Come on Taco Bell y’all can do much better than this! There is nothing on these tacos. I’m so disappointed in Lake Part food places. Nobody cares and zero customer service. I’m calling corporate this time bc this is a shame. $20 for $5 worth of food. Negative 5 stars

Don’t stop here unless you have 40 minutes to kill waiting for your food. I travel for work and this is the slowest Taco Bell in the country. Also check your food as they constantly mess up orders and always have people coming in from the drive through with incorrect orders. The only reason I stop here is when I’m on the way to Wild Adventures and I regret it every time.

I went to the one in lake park and first thing I heard was they fixen to order the whole menu then I order a quesadilla and he says I have a spatula I haven’t washed for ya .I don’t know who is working there tonight but they definitely should not have a job. So I pulled off no way was I going to give them my money after that.

I am traveling through went to your drive thru and they said it was going to be a 20 minute wait. I decided to go inside and my order was placed on your kiosk. The staff never acknowledged us inside and all you could hear them talking about was unprofessional. Your staff walked out the back and never washed her hand as she touched her face. They play on the phones. Lobby is dirty
