In all my visits to Qdoba, today may have been the day to push me away as a customer! Today being September 18, 2025 around 6:10pm, I and my family visited the Qdoba located on SW104th! The staff took a while to greet us being they were engaged in their own conversation! That didn’t bother me considering they’re younger employees but upon ordering, there was a shorter girl with a black apron and red hair cover who was unacceptably rude! I don’t engage employees being you don’t fully know the extent of their behavior but when it come time to pay, she asked for a tip! I tip upon service so I selected $0 and she made a smirk then began roughly throwing my queso and salsa in the bag and flung it in the counter! The salsa spilled over at which I stood there to fix it and she walked off to help another customer! My franchise uses Qdoba often but if this is the service, I’m not sure I trust these staff with food prep! I at that point didn’t want to pay for the food but didn’t want to create a scene because you had other guest in the lobby! I don’t expect much but if I’m paying for a service, I expect to be treated with a little decency!

The manager there is excellent. He has helped me several times when orders didn’t go through and has given me coupons when their system failed.

I have been to this location several times. Tonight we get our food to go so we aren’t in the lobby since it was an hour to close. My boyfriend goes in to order our food and said the staff was rude trying to rush him through the line. The food was less than appealing. The rice, meat and veggies were cold and the rice did not even cover the bottom of the bowl. Extremely disappointed and they have definitely lost my business at this location. Usually my bowl is more than half full with my order and it isn’t even close!

i used to drive past my local qdoba and visit this one just for the amazing make your own flavour drink machines, i recently found out they removed them completely. This qdoba sadly lost my choice. It is not not worth the drive unless they bring it back

I probably eat here once a week. Even when they are slammed and understaffed food still comes out hot and fresh. I like going and seeing Michael as he and I always talk cars while he makes the burrito bowls. Fun atmosphere.

Well, all good things must come to an end I guess. This place might be under new management because this had gone downhill. Used to be my favorite place to eat.We order from there very often. I almost always get grilled chicken bowls. The last few times, the bowls have been horrible. Over half my ingredients missing. No Sour Cream, No guacamole, No rice, very little beans, No shredded cheese, and a very very small amount of chicken. Very disappointed. Yes, I called and talked to a manager, he sounded about 18 years old. Could absolutely care less about my issues.
Ok..I honestly have tried several more times. I don’t get it. Must be new management. Since my first review, I have went back 3 times. The last one was ok, tonight, horrible. How can they miss 3 items? Queso guacamole and a sour cream. About 95% rice. Dry, dry, dry.

went in to order, right off the back you could tell that the lady did not want to be there or did not want us to be there, i was polite the entire time and she just rushed us through the order, the food was served cold, and it was a little over an hour before close and they were cleaning everything up having cleaning supply right next to all of the food, i asked for a side of queso and the entire container had queso dripping all on the sides, and the lady did not even attempt to clean the container before throwing it in our bag sideways, i was at a loss of words from the utter lack of work ethic, other jobs exist if Qdoba is not the place you want to be.

Sat in their drive thru for 30mins when they only had two customers inside and I was the only person in the drive thru. Rang their bell 5 times with three employees right next to the window with not even a glance over in my direction. (And yes the bell worked we could hear it from outside) and when we were finally attended to they handed me the bag that was right next to the window the entire time. Absolutely insanity, and my order was almost dropped because of how long I was waiting.
