The customer service was friendly but the quantity and quality was terrible. I ordered and paid for nachos with extra meat and cheese and you needed a microscope to see the meat and cheese. I ordered soft tacos and there was minimal meat and no cheese. What’s the deal Taco Bell. Prices are raised but the quantity is less than what we pay for. Then it took forever to get my daughter’s online order. I got my order faster by going in and ordering.

Awesome staff! There was a wait, but it was lunch and suspected. The food was awesome and loaded with meat and other ingredients, didnt have to ask for extra meat, like most taco bells I had been to where you have to ask for extra meat to just have meat on the taco. Amazing place to eat.

Second time in a row they’ve messed up my order. Absolutely the worst Taco bell I’ve ever been to. I thought the Taco bell near Fort Hood was ok and could do alright, compared to this one it’s the best. Always poor attitude, never has the right order and always slow. Every time I come down. I go inside. This is just the best fast food location I’ve stopped in this area of GA. The workers/managers are awesome. They just deserve a raise. No exception. We ordered supreme tacos and they charged us for them and got regular tacos and they put a sour cream container in there with like a spoonful of sour cream. There’s no tomatoes nor was there sour cream put on any of our tacos. We asked for a substitute and they couldn’t even do it. This is by far the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had and the ladies were rude. The drinks also taste like they don’t clean there machines as they taste like mold.

The employees here have a hard time following the simplest of instructions. It’s a wonder they can even function on a daily basis. 3 of our 6 taco supreme had almost no meat at all on them. All 6 of the taco supremes were room temperature. We didn’t get ANY of the sauces we ordered, and we didn’t get the extra red sauce on the pintos and cheese we requested and paid for. Service was very slow as well.

On 5/30/23 at 1:40 a.m., I approached the drive-thru. We sat at the speaker for 10 minutes, and after saying hello 4 times, we pulled up to the window. I could see filled orders for door dash waiting and also steam rising up so I was sure they were still open. So, then I blew my horn. Nothing! I knocked on the window. Nothing!

Placed an order online for pick app stated pick up time of 620 pm. 30 minutes later have not received order. Manager on shift was being confrontational to other customers who orders where wrong. At one point the manager lectured the other customers waiting on their orders. Behind counter staff had better customer interactions then the manager.
