Easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant.
Customer service was awful. The staff were rude, unbothered, and didn’t seem to care about anything. I waited over an hour on a Monday night, not even a busy weekend, just for them to tell me they only had one person on the line. That’s not my problem, that’s a management issue. If you can’t staff your restaurant properly, the manager should be helping instead of letting customers sit around waiting forever.
When I finally got my food, it was missing things I paid for, including extra cheese sauce that I barely got any of. It’s not even about the cheese, it’s about the lack of effort and care.
The first time I came here, the day shift was great. They were polite, fast, and got everything right. This night shift was the total opposite. Slow, rude, unorganized, and the menu didn’t even have half the stuff it used to.
I’m not coming back. The management clearly doesn’t care, and it shows. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually values their customers.

What the hell!?!? Got home ready to get into these tacos and there’s so little meat and fillings I was shocked! This isn’t even the first time I’ve been disappointed! So much for fast food, because last time I sent someone to pick up an online order, that was ordered 30 minutes before arriving, only for her to wait 40 minutes before asking me if I wanted something else since there were still 5 cars ahead of her! Screw this place, never again will I go!

So today marks a new day for the hinesville Taco Bell because there is a new manager, I assume at least she’s a manager, and her name is Joyce. I am so impressed with how she handled everything in there when I was picking up some doordash orders. She brought order to this establishment in such a sophisticated way and was very attentive to every customer, one after another ,in a pleasant way. She is going to bring good change to this Taco Bell and it was very much needed. I’m still thinking about it hours after leaving with just how amazing she was. Miss Joyce thank you for a great experience in this Taco Bell and I praise you for your good energy and your care towards each customer. I hope you stick around and teach your ways to the employees there. You are the change this location needs keep up the good work. I appreciate you

Every single time I go to this Taco Bell WITHOUT fail they ALWAYS seem to get my order wrong and/or leave things out. This time in particular I ordered a cantina crispy taco meal. They left out both of the avocado sauce packets it comes with, left my chips out, AND on top of that the tacos were soft shells that had chicken, lettuce, cheese, and avocado sauce??? That’s not even close to what I ordered. I’ve worked at Taco Bell in the past for two years so to a certain extent I understand messing up a few times but genuinely I don’t understand how they can mess up this bad every time I go!!

Ordered through door dash. This is the worst Taco Bell, and we’ve lived all over. The cantina tacos are always demolished, NEVER come with the Verde sauce, shells not cooked, and barely any meat. The chalupas are raw bread, not even cooked or crispy! There’s hardly anything at all on them.You’d think the cost of ingredients was coming out the store employees own pockets.

Doubling previous reviews – there are decent chances that you get not what you’ve ordered, and even after visual and verbal explanation of your simple order of just two single items with no customization… they’ll say it good to go, but it turned out to be messed up again and you get charged 50% more after. Taste, quickness and pricing all good tho.
Update: now they are also extremely slow.
Update: on the photo is ‘Chili Cheese Burrito’ for $2.99. They said it’s so small because there are only chili and cheese there. Yeah…

Food was alright, missing a burrito but was able to run back in and get it lol. The young lady at the cash register I think her name was Jenny? Not too sure but she was really helpful about how the mobile app offers different boxes or deals solely in the mobile app and not available in store which I really appreciated since I was trying to get a custom box so I placed it through mobile app ↕️

I’m sorry but if I could give zero stars I would. O understand being short staffed. I’ve worked food service before. However, when I have to sit at the intercom box for 25 minutes and haven’t even gotten greeted… absolutely not. If you can’t take my order right away that’s ok. But at-least say something. The “hustle” does not exist here

Forgot an entire meal and took forever to take our order, food was literally falling apart and impossible to eat. The employees there always seem rude and careless and they threw one of our sauces in the bag and the sauce got EVERYWHERE. Truly disappointing
