I had an exceptional experience with Taco Bell and the entire crew. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel valued. The team worked like a well-oiled machine—friendly, efficient, and with a genuine commitment to getting things right.

What stood out:
Prompt, courteous service at the counter and drive-thru.

Went through drive-thru and drive thru attendant didn’t notify me they was out of ice she serves me room temperature diet pepsi thru window and apparently they was out of sour cream and tomatoes for my supreme tacos. Nasty place.

staff extremely unprofessional too busy gossiping about a potential fight and the crew’s dating dynamics… something about a 17 year old dating a 20 year old and something abt the crew wanting to fight a manager??. The cashier even had her mother on speaker discussing the potential fight. While I waited for my order they continued their inappropriate conversation every other sentence laced w profanity the crew couldn’t care less abt guest. The only person on task was the guy fixing the food. I was charged for menu items that weren’t available they knew it was out of stock but refused to refund/ accommodate me. The drink machined had a dirty bucket catching ice chips and when I asked for a drink from the machine behind the register the red head cashier instructed to move the heavy bucket and fix my drink none the less 0/10 would not recommend.

Upon arriving at the drive thru at 7 pm on Monday night, there were at least 5 cars ahead of me which I probably should have taken as a sign not to order, but I did anyway. Long story short, we waited in line for 40 minutes. We got our food at 7:41 pm, but the receipt show the order was taken at 7:40 pm which is why the cashier didn’t give me a total when I ordered so she could fudge how long the order took to prepare. One we got to the food pickup window, music was screaming loud from inside…Jagged Edge to be exact. I was livid because I know they’re messing around inside playing and not getting folks food out in a timely manner. The owners really should be aware of this bad business. Go check on your business sometime to make sure things are running accordingly.

I am writing to express my wife’s disappointing experience at this location tonight. She has never encountered such poor service at a fast food establishment. Upon arriving at the drive-thru, she was informed by a young lady on the intercom that their systems were down. My wife was understandably frustrated and disbelieving. She then contacted me and parked in a designated parking spot to observe the front window. Interestingly, additional customers arrived and were able to place their orders & received their food. This inconsistency is unacceptable. The language used by the staff, particularly the young lady on the intercom and at the front window, was rude. We will not be returning to this location. It is imperative that improvements need to be made, specifically in terms of management and training.

Worst fast food ever, awful service, ordered a beef burrito supreme and got chicken, had to pay for both. The day before there was a 30 minute wait!! For what??? I have given this place a dozen times to get there stuff together but it’s a no go for me forever! Goodbye Taco bell! I believe they have kids and family members hanging out inside the dining area.

We are relatively new to Fort Valley, and have attempted to order from this location at least a dozen times. We have successfully gotten food twice. All of the other times they’ve either been closed, even though their hours said they should be open. Or their intercom or “systems” were down. Or they were out of basic menu items, like potatoes. It’s absurd. I’m not even sure it’s a legitimate business at this point.

We went in to order and it took 20 minutes before we had to ask about our food when they then started on it. We started to leave and noticed that there was no forks or anything inside the bag and went through the drive through to ask for a fork where they told us we had to go to the lobby where there were no forks because no one had stocked them and I still had to ask for a fork anyways. They were rude and disrespectful the whole time blasting obscene music. To top all of that off they didn’t even get the order that took 30 minutes to get right. Absolutely horrible and will literally go out of my way to not come back here.

Multiple issues every time I have ever gone to this location. I work nearby and every single time I go with a coworker they miss my orders, close early for no reason, have attitudes for reasons beyond my knowledge.

Last time we went in and stood at the counter and waited for around 8 minutes for someone to take our order. Around 4 employees saw us standing there and ignored us and kept their distance from the counter. Eventually when they saw we weren’t leaving one rude employee walked up to the counter and finally said “we ain’t open for dine in, you’ll have to go through the drive thru.” Where was that knowledge while we were waiting on lunch break? So then we had to wait AGAIN but in the drive through this time. Never ever going again. Do yourself a favor and steer clear.
