Last night. Thirty minutes before they were set to close, we pulled into the drive through. I had seen no sign on the door to indicate that their hours had changed. It was 9:30 roughly. Yet when we pulled up to the drive through, they said that they were closing and couldnt take our order. We apologized and thanked them, before leaving. The man that talked was not polite in tone either. It is frustrating to leave customers clueless, without offering a better solution than they were closing. If they had said they were closing early for some reason, that I can understand. But with no explanation, I can only assume the workers were being lazy and didnt want to take our order. I have had several instances where the people here have not been kind, or customer service worthy. I know its fast food, so its at the bottom of the food chain as far as jobs go. But honestly, denying service 30 minutes before close feels completely unacceptable. If its 9:30 at night, I am hungry and not wanting to wait around. Just completely unacceptable all together. I highly recommend finding a different KFC, and not providing anyone the service to these folk, until they either find new staff, or train the current ones properly.

This place is horrible . They didn’t take cash. Didn’t have any honey. Very slow serving and the food was not good. It sure who owns this place but it should be shut down! Absolutely horrible. Floors very sticky, counter top sticky. Kitchen in disarray. Waited up to ten minutes for a simple order, because they couldn’t figure out how to do fries. While another personal was making their own sandwich. Their chicken doesn’t taste the same as other KFC’s around town. Something is just wrong there. Stay away!

Didn’t even get to order. Was at the speaker looking over the menu and discussing with the people in my car on what we were wanting to get, and he continued to say things like “do you have any questions?” And we said no, just looking and kept talking to ourselves, and the man said “are you ready to order?” And again, we explained we were looking over the menu, and then he said “I don’t mean to be rude but your running our time into red if you’re ready to order.” We were taken back over how he had continued to rush us to order when we weren’t sure yet, and then flat out told us we were inconveniencing him. We said “We’ll just go somewhere else.” Because we did not feel welcome at all, and it sucks because we really wanted KFC. Genuinely pissed at the rudeness of this encounter, and this is not the only negative encounter I’ve had at this KFC through the drive thru.

Let me also clarify there was NO ONE in front or behind me. It is no where near closing and had no other business prohibiting us from looking over the menu.

Just wasted $30 on a 8piece family meal. Never been this bad before. Chicken was way over cooked and dry as a bone like it has been under the heat lamp for hours. zero quality control for someone to send it out. Didn’t eat any of it. Never going back. when you have a chick filet, Raising Canes and Popeyes within 5 miles why would I?

Early evening visit. Was asked if I would take some pieces that “had too much flour” on them. Sure, I had limited time. Noticed that one of the units that keeps chicken warm was flashing an alarm to call service. Drink dispenser turned on during visit and made a REALLY loud noise. Several customers mentioned it. Kia behind the counter said it was louder than usual. I don’t believe the chicken was over floured but over cooked. Will not be returning.

Awful service, went through the drive through (haven’t had KFC in years) and while ordering the guy would t even let us breathe while taking our order rushing us while we were just trying to see the menu. This place was slow so there was nobody behind us there was no need to rush us. Then I had a question and he just talked over me and told me the price and turned off the head set. Awful awful awful place.

I placed an online order. I showed up and they tell me they don’t have what I ordered. Then said they couldn’t cancel the order at the restaurant. I’ve spent 2 days trying to cancel my order or get my money refunded. No help at all even through the online help. As of now I was still charged for my order when I received nothing and still have not heard from KFC. I will never be doing business there again.

I went to pick up my online order and they told me they didn’t have any chicken strips or nuggets. That was a large part of my order. They did substitute 5 pieces of crispy chicken to make up for it. Staff was friendly and patient.

KFC has always been a go to for a good meal. But not happy with the staff at this location. At the drive-through we had to speak to three different people because I guess I don’t know how to speak English and then the order we placed was entirely wrong except for the coleslaw the bucket we ordered was original we got crispy with no discussion they might be out of original nevertheless won’t go back this location until somebody can speak English

Was told it would be a 2 minute wait for my family meal. I waited 15 minutes before they brought my food out, just to find that they didn’t get my drink on the order. They made me go back through the drive through and charged me for the drink that they forgot after I brought to their attention how awful the service had been. Worst location I’ve been to in years, and that’s saying something for KFC
