We seldom visit this fast food chain, and I’m not sure why. The food was good, the staff friendly, and you get a big bang for your buck. They have a couple of kiosks if you prefer to order this way.

This place needs an entire new staff. I arrived at 10:45a at the drive thru to place a breakfast order. Some girl comes on and says “tacobell, go ahead with your order.” I proceed to say may I have a number 13, which is breakfast, and she says will you please hold on thank you. This girl NEVER comes back to the speaker so I left at 10:59a. Yes I’m dumb for sitting there that long but if they did not have breakfast anymore, why not just say that?! Instead of making me wait at the drive thru, wasting my time, until their breakfast hours are over. This is not the first time I have had an unprofessional experiences from this location. Hire a better staff. Then when I drove by the window the girl is standing there with her arms crossed looking towards the back. Do better yall! This is ridiculous! Dublin , ga hwy 80 location!! Sucks!!

Everytime I go to this location they seem to be out of something, then the food I get is either wrong or every item is 50% taco shell! Last time i went i could only eat a couple bites of the steak quesadilla because there was nothing inside! I wouldn’t recommend this location and I won’t ever return.

No registers open, only kiosks. One of the kiosks was messed up and inoperable. Not much interaction with employees. No greeting when you walked in the doors. Basically left to defend yourself. The fountain soda was flat, more syrup than carbonation. The soft shell tacos were not pleasant. The flour tortillas were dry and brittle. The food wasn’t very hot and at a lukewarm temperature. Not very impressed with the food and customer service here.
