Sort of silly to say but this was the best Taco Bell I have been to since I was a kid. In today’s world customer service has gone out the window. This location had employee’s that called you by name made eye contact and worked fast and efficiently. The restaurant was clean and smelled clean. No sticky floors here. Bathroom was well kept. Now for the food. I expected nothing but was surprised. My kid loves nacho fries which is why we stop. This time we were on a long drive home from Atlanta where she played in an all weekend tournament. Coming off the road after hours of driving had my expectations at an all time low when we pulled in to Taco Bell. Yet I found my self looking at an order that came out quick was 100% accurate for four people and the food was made correctly and actually looked like the person who made it cared about what they were doing.

I have been eating here since this place first opened when I was a kid and I have never been more disappointed. First off, having to order my on food on a touch screen irritates me. I’m paying YOU for my food. You can at least have the courtesy of having g customer service enough to take my order. Then the food comes out with little toppings, almost no sour cream and stale shells. My pizza was made with very little beans on one side and a touch of beef on the other. $10 for this meal and it SUCKS. We won’t be back. Taco Bell has lost a regular, life long customer. And no use in complaining. No one man’s the front so other than yelling across the counter, who are you going to complain to?

We just stopped in and ordered food to go while on a trip. They didn’t give us the drink nor sauce packets we ordered (via the kiosk), and gave me an incorrect food item. The taco and burrito both had minimal ingredients inside (mostly tortilla), in spite of paying for an extra ingredient. The order on the bag was correct— not the contents. They must not check their orders. I also requested a receipt via text and did not receive it.

Had to order on a screen. It failed and told me to pay remainder at the cashier…. There was no cashier. Stood there for 20 minutes before anyone even looked up to acknowledge me. I think I’m done with Taco Bell also. This is getting out of hand. Pay tons extra money for poor quality food and customer service. Not gonna be anywhere to eat soon. Recommend going over to one of the legit Mexican restaurants that are just off of boynton right behind Taco Bell.

Changing my review from 3 stars and saying it depends on shift. Bc this is outrageous. This is the 2nd time this has happened where I’ve bought 4 soft and 4 hard and didn’t receive all of them & I’m told I can’t prove I didn’t eat it. I am literally next door. But that’s whatever, I should’ve counted when I got my bag. It’s the freaking quality. DISGUSTING. Shells are so old they’re chewy and some wouldn’t break without actual force. My lettuce was old and brown in areas. Barely any Cheese. An overload of sour cream on some and barely any on others. I wanted no Tomatoes, I got none but my husband’s 3 (should’ve been 4) soft tacos had a CRAP TON of them like they put what would’ve been mine on his . The uneven amount of ingredients compared to the Tomatoes on his was insane. He got light lettuce so ofcourse mine was overloaded. The hard Shell tacos were all broken in pieces bc they stick to the damn wrapping even tho it took me less than 2 min to get back to the hotel and open them. Cold and disgusting I ate barely a full taco out of 4 bc they were so nasty.. ridiculous. Third shift needs to get their crap together or quit.

10/10. We came tonight 8/23/25 around 12:13am through the drive thru for an online order. The 3 gentleman we could see were working non stop while it was super busy, and not only provided great customer service, but food. I can honestly say every single thing we ordered was hot, and delicious. Hands down the best taco bell we’ve tasted. I know y’all were busy but we appreciated your hard work! Keep it up!

I haven’t been to Taco Bell in about 6 months but I just did, in Ringold, Georgia. The prices are crazy to me. The box with a crunch wrap and 2 tacos is $9+. I know from past experience that you never know what you’re going to get on a crunch wrap and not much too many times. They used to have the. crunch wrap with the 5 layer burrito.
