Stopped by CiCi’s Pizza in Greenville, TX and it did exactly what CiCi’s is supposed to do. The pizza was fresh, hot, and constantly coming out. Pepperoni and sausage slices were solid, the calzones were cheesy and filling, and the cinnamon rolls were soft and sweet always a win. For an all-you-can-eat spot, everything was well stocked and tasted good. Great value if you’re hungry and want variety.

I have been to this location many times, and so far they always provide a pleasant experience. I always order pizza to be made when I am there, and they always have it ready within a few minutes. The pizza looks fresh, and is warm every time I go. The staff is also very nice, they always listen to what the customers ask/request of them, and they do so in a kind manner. Management is definitely doing a great job at this location.
Edit: I decided to come in today, and like I stated above, the experience was very pleasant. I ordered the pizzas I always order, and they had them ready super fast.

Surprisingly it was the first time coming here and it was clean!! They had fresh pizza coming out like hotcakes they would keep the pizza bar pretty stocked. We came during the week (Tuesday) on a late afternoon and the shift staff that was there that day was on point and friendly. The only downfall was their cinnamon rolls lacked and their chicken noodle soup was over cooked, noddles were very soggy. 10.01.24

My family went thinking everyone was going to eat on our budget . Little did we know even the water cups now are charged . I don’t know if it was that or the food but I had my stomach sour when I left. I will not be going back. We would have ate better quality food somewhere else for what we ended up paying there . That’s just sad .

I used to loved this location, but lately it has not been a good experience, they never have enough pizza, people have to stand in line in order to get a slice, which leads to a very limited selection, the last 3 times that I’ve been there it’s been the same. I asked for a sausage one and they baked one and put it on the buffet line but never for my table. Food is good but service is terrible.

We chose Cicis for our youth sport party. Cic was an amazing experience very accommodating. Emma the manager worked with us & her amazing staff kept our tables bussed. The experience was great we will definitely go again thank you Cicis!!!

O boy let me just say cicis is normally one of our favorites that is until we went to the greenville texas store… So if I could give a minus star this would be minus atleast 5, this us the dirtiest most disgusting restaurants I have been in. The door going from the floor to the back I assume where dishes are washed then office is eat is painted red of course only this one comes with a big black spot of dirty where people push it.open atleast 2 feet square it looks like a damn car oil change place door yes that dirty, there’s chucks missing from the divider wall on the floor, the soda machine was stickie as well as the table it sits on, the salad bar had dressing all over it veggies mixed up just yuck. Before you say o im sure they was just busy um nope it wasn’t even lunch time it was maybe 11:15,not to mention it was myself and a 9 year old who is super picky and very anti germs society order a pi,za for the table like always o ly this time we was told no they was putting on out in a minute we could help ourself from there so 30 bucks for us 2 a buffet and one dri k the kids meal comes with a drink and u wont.let me get a whole pizza wow ok so I had toast stand at buffet waiting this pizza to make sure no one else touched it for her. Overall just do better clean t h e store for sure

My husband & I ate here around 6pm & he woke up around 6 am with an upset stomach & threw up his food from here! I also got an upset stomach shortly after he got up & this was the only thing we ate yesterday. We skipped breakfast ( I also didn’t over eat here) so sadly Cicis is the culprit for our bad morning.

Once again I took my clients out to eat and they chose Cici’s. I wasn’t planning on eating anything but I went up to buy a SMALL Dr. Pepper. When the cashier rang me up he said “that’ll be $3.56 please.” I said shocked “for a small drink!?? “For Gods sakes how much is a large?” He replied “$5 almost $6” FOR A DRINK??? That’s insane!

They barely had any pizza out when we got there. There were not many people there. My grandson put his food down and went to get his drink. They threw his food away as soon as he set It down. It was obvious that it hadn’t been touched. The pizzas they had out were a weird chicken pizza, spinach pizza, cheese & jalapeño and plain cheese. There were no meat choices. No pepperoni, beef, sausage or anything like that.
